No service. Sat for 15-20 minutes. Had chips and salsa no water. Another couple that just sat down that came in got serviced before coming to our table. No explanation, restaurant was not busy. Afterwards the waitress came to our table but told her the couple came after us she served first so we left. Not very good customer service!
Livvy was a great hostess. Food was delish, tamale and chicken fajitas. We will be back.

Prices on website are extremely deceiving, as in actual prices are much higher on restaurant menu.
Ordered takeout (with coupon), received a call informing me they are out of one of our requested beverages so I changed it.
Get there to pick up order and they do not have lids to cover the 2 beverages of which were a requirement to use coupon. I WILL NOT TRAVEL ALONE WITHOUT BEVERAGES CONTAINED.
I requested the beverages be taken off the coupon requirement since we already had to change our beverage choice and the response was negative as my husband’s request to speak with manager was denied due to the manager on-duty did not speak English.
Get home with food and the small bag of chips was LESS THAN HALF (½) FULL!
When we have dined in, more times than not, they are out of the beer(s) we like.
IS THE COVINGTON LOCATION GOING OUT OF BUSINESS????

My husband and I got the fajitas for two at the location in Covington. The fajitas had a strange smell and tasted horrible.
Something was off with the tortillas and the rice. Compared to other locations this one wasn't as good.
Our service was good but good was not. Chips tasted stale, pop served warm, and food was greasy.
Best service and Mexican food combo I’ve had in a long time!

Fun and tasty Mexican restaurant in the downtown area of Covington! They have a fun bar with plenty of TVs and great drinks if you’re there for an event. They also have a large family dining area that is good for a date or a dinner with the whole family. I highly recommend getting the asada fajitas or the verde burrito! Both were amazing. They have a great in house salsa as well!
Party of 14 with a few late arrivals. Order taken and placed via waitress on the new tech handheld unit. When the food arrives waitress yells out who ordered the... and goes thru all 14 orders... Who ordered the burrito does not work if 3 people ordered one and some had no rice ..
I ordered the senior steak fajita and in the fried vegs never found the beef... the margaritas were okay though..
We’ve been semi regular customers (dinning in pre-pandemic, and then take out throughout and post pandemic) we have always received ample chips and salsa with our orders. Last week, we ordered 4 meals and only got one bag of chips, so when we went in yesterday, and ordered 4 meals, we asked to be sure we got more than 1 bag of chips, we were told it was 1 bag per order, but the server taking our order said she would ask. A man claiming to be the owner came out and said the rule is 1 bag per order, and he can’t “just give food away for free.” We offered to make 4 separate purchases. He said “no because you are the same people.” Then said the rule was 1 bag per party.
I explained this came as a shock to us, because we’ve always gotten ample chips for multiple meals. There was no offer of “I can do it today, but know for next time…” or “I’ll how about 2 bags today, but going forward, this is how it is supposed to work.” The only thing we were offered was to cancel our order (which we should have done) and that he would set everyone straight about the rule.
I wonder if the 4 of us had the ability to come in together to dine, if we would be given one basket of chips and then told “no more”. It was not the chips themselves that were the issue, but rather the lack of customer service. I get everything is more expensive these days, but chips are not as expensive as losing customers.
Food is always great and the bar staff is awesome. Try the molcajete!
