Couldn’t figure out what I wanted and the barista was patient and kind, then made the perrrrfect drink! I don’t know her name but she had long, dark hair. Thank you! She was a breath of fresh air on a roadtrip. ✨
Watery, bland , gross. They had to make my drink three times and they still didn't get it right. I asked for a grande iced matcha latte with 5 scoops of matcha. There is no way they put five in because my drink is pale green. Usually with that size five scoops creates a nice dark green. The ladies are very sweet just inexperienced in my opinion. very disappointed and will not be coming back

Keep getting our coffee order wrong. Argumentative when it's wrong. It was a featured beverage that we're hooked on. We just drive past to a different location now.
Not only, is everyone here so sweet. Every barista in there knows how to make shaken espressos PERFECTLY. If you’re a shaken espresso fan, then you know it’s a science to get it right, and it’s so disappointing when it’s handed to you and you can tell immediately it was made incorrectly. It’s obvious they take pride in making our coffee for us, and that the managers there value training. The store manager and the team should be very proud of themselves for the atmosphere they create in this location.
Sort of ridiculous whe all of them are talking and another worker is sitting with there family member having a conversation so I have to sit and wait 20 minutes for my coffee to be made cause apparently she is the only one who can make coffee. Wont come here again especially since they never have any food either. Always out.
Made my drink the wrong size then doubled down saying I was wrong. Make sure to YELL into the speaker I guess to avoid being scolded at the window. Overpriced, poor service, lack of soft skills, I won't be back.
The wait time is astronomically long. Drive through or inside. Always has been.

Very shady and unethical manager Kyle , does not honor price as displayed . Then lied and said he can't override price . Manager was very rude and snobbish..Does not value customers or cares to give that good customer experience. The district manager needs to retrain Kyle in customer service and leadership. Poor selection for.a.manager and a sorry one .
Did mobile order during power outage in November. Stood inside for over an hour with my 3 yr old. Then person managing mobile order goes “no more mobile” after she told me she would make sure mine is made since I was there in person and arrived. I go back a few weeks later thinking I can get my drink (I would assume more than that since I was told my drink would come out and then just ignored). When I came to pick it up the drive thru operator made it seem like I was there for a free drink and “didn’t see my name” even tho I have a receipt. Some weird behavior from a place that charges more for a coffee than a meal
