I really enjoy a cappuccino, what makes a great cappuccino is the customer service that comes along with the coffee I get. It seems like the Covington-WA Starbuck has it perfected. It definitely is a treat when im able to stop by for a good cup of joe. Thank you Covington-WA staff.

Couldn’t figure out what I wanted and the barista was patient and kind, then made the perrrrfect drink! I don’t know her name but she had long, dark hair. Thank you! She was a breath of fresh air on a roadtrip. ✨

Not only, is everyone here so sweet. Every barista in there knows how to make shaken espressos PERFECTLY. If you’re a shaken espresso fan, then you know it’s a science to get it right, and it’s so disappointing when it’s handed to you and you can tell immediately it was made incorrectly. It’s obvious they take pride in making our coffee for us, and that the managers there value training. The store manager and the team should be very proud of themselves for the atmosphere...
