Took my 100$ bill said it was fake and they decided to defaced it. So I decided to take it to a bank and ask them they said it was real and I got it exchanged.

I've been coming to this Tacobell/KFC since it opened. Almost every time we've ordered we're are sent to the front of the store to wait for food instead of getting it at the window. This wasn't normal before the pandemic. We ordered 2 quesadilla should be pretty quick.

Ordered at the drive thru. When I arrived at the window the young lady was very rude. Took my money slammed the window. Re opened the window to hand me my drink. When I thanked her she grunted and again slammed the window. She opens the window again hands me my order and again I thank her and she slams them window. When I arrive home I realize I was not given my order but another customer’s. I called several times before the phone was answered by I assume was the manager. He instantly knew the order that I had . The only reason I have given 2 stars and not zero is that the manager was very apologetic. My husband returned two days later to Have the original order made at no cost due to the mistake. He took in my receipt and was looked at like he was lying. They did remake the order. Due to the rudeness of the employees we will not visit again.

I asked for 18 fire sauces with my order and the guy at the window grabs a hand full and says there are 20. I knew there were not 20 in the bag, so I counted and there were 14. Now I have to park and walk in and grab the correct amount because he was to lazy to count. This guy needs large hands if he thinks a hand full is 18 and I am sure it is not the first time he has heard that. We all know it is all about the sauce with fast food, so don't lie to the customer, just give them what they ask for and don't be lazy. I was the second customer when they opened at 10:30 so they were not even busy.

The KFC/TacoBell is super cute and enjoyable, the service is slow, I see cross training is needed for cashiers several people standing around while the manager process counter and window. I asked hot and double grilled which means darn near bar b q’d with grill marks and it was half done as if it was out of the packet. Cross train your staff.

Never had a better experience here Dean was the LITERAL BEST our order was really long and definitely annoying to take but they were extremely patient and great at answering all my questions…when we pulled up to the window we all had the best conversation thank you dean I will definitely be coming back!!

Updating my review. The quality of this restaurant has fallen so far, post 2020 era. The employee’s at this location just don’t care. They will always ask you to pull up front and park to wait for your order, they often forget to give you sauce, after they’ve asked you if you wanted any and what kind, at the order box, then you have to walk in to get said sauce, because you were told to wait in the parking lot and you can’t then ask for your forgotten item(s). I got home and had also realized they forgot one of our tacos and gave us the wrong item on another taco. The owner here needs to make some changes and get this place running like it used to. I’ll update my review again if it improves.

Chicken always on point good vibe my daughter loves the manager there employee's are friendly and like said food is good I havemt tried the taco bell side but kfc slams Tuesday got a good good deal on 8 piece for 10.00

The guy asked Mom to pull to the front and Mom said we can't wait we have a meeting so they gave us our order but only put not even half of our order in the bag so I went inside with the receipt and said look we were just at the drive through and this is what I'm my missing so then the employee said I believe but but we need to see the bag before I do this so then I called Mom and she came in while I went back out to the car and the manager had to get involved.
