Great service, fresh ingredients, and excellent staff (especially Matthew)! A little weird how prices here are slightly higher than other locations though. This includes upcharges for substitutions that don't cost extra at other places (e.g black beans on a soft burrito is an extra $0.99)

I have been using the app to order. I accumulated enough points for a free entree. When I went order my next order to which was supposed to free...my free rewards had mysteriously disappeared. I had made a complaint to Taco Time about another issue and they were nice enough to make it right, but I guess what Im saying is to watch them closely so that things like the above, don't happen to you.
Always great food and friendly service! The reason I keep coming back to Taco Time again and again.

I went to this particular Taco Time in Covington cuz I love the area I just got off of work and I was just in the mood for Taco Time Out of all of the Taco Tex Mex restaurant this is the best you guys have the best ranch dressing I could drink it out of the bottle I don't know if y'all prepare those tortilla chips your sales but they were light fluff Crisp they were delicious.. I love your crispy burritos the chicken oh my God I dip it in sour cream and that ranch dressing y'all have I was in heaven and that is my meal every time I go I get two chicken burritos the chicken nacho platter and a large drink I love y'all lemonade it tastes different in y'all drink fountain it tastes different it tastes better than any other place I've been but you guys y'all need 10 Stars cuz the restaurant is a little small but it's clean and the cashier that was at the front he was friendly friendly friendly friendly and the food was fast brought out hot oh my God I'm just thinking about it now so thank you for everything

Don't go here, go to taco time just a few miles away. This taco time is more expensive than EVERY other taco time.
Love my foods Fresh. Taco Time is a great choice for Fresh. I do really miss the help yourself hot sauce containers.

I encourage everybody and everybody who passes through Covington to not go to this taco time. I ordered food and then my son‘s food in his tater tots with cheese on it. We opened it up and there was a hair sitting on the food clear as day. I gave it back to them and said I would like a refund or a new one made, and I showed them the hair on the food. The gentleman took it back to the manager to show her and the manager says that is not a hair. It’s a piece of the box and it was clearly a black hair. I could hear the manager talking in the office as if she was being condescending And talking as if the customer was wrong. She didn’t proceed to come out and tell me that it is not a hair. It is a long fiber from the box and these light brown boxes do not produce black long fibers. She tried to play it off as if they weren’t gonna give me a refund, and I demanded a refund back after that. The staff was very kind and courteous, but the manager was very unprofessional and does not mind serving hair on food to their customers. Also, nobody in there has a hairnet on and everybody has long hair which would explain hair falling on food. I don’t like giving bad reviews But when customers are treated poorly over something that is clearly the fault of the restaurant it is absolutely needed.
