We enjoyed our experience here. The waiter was extremely patient with us (6 people, 1 being a child) and gave us excellent service. Servicr was quick and the food was pretty good. Only complaint was one of our waters tasted ashy, but they quickly changed it out.

It was between lunch and dinner. On a Saturday about 4:30 P.M. she was very attentive made sure food was good, drinks refreshed definitely appreciate the customer service.

We went here for my friends bachelor party the other night and Hayden was an amazing waiter. He truly went out of his way to provide outstanding service. Just wanted to give him a shout out.

I may or may not be biased, but this was one of the first dates my now wife and I went on. Pizza is delicious, they obviously use fresh toppings, and their bartenders are all great. The mixed drink buckets are a personal favorite. Hope this helps.

REALLY good pizza and REALLY good drinks. Notorious P.O.G is my go to drink. I’ve been to The Landing location in Renton and more recently the Covington location and both are equally as amazing. I always get the calamari as an appetizer and it is so far the best calamari I’ve had. My partner agrees. We’ve been to the Covington location twice and the most recent time, we ordered our drinks, calamari and pizza all at one time. We noticed some time after we ordered that the waitress did not ask what size we wanted for the pizza and we completely forgot to say what size we wanted so we didn’t know what to expect. The waitress brought a 12” pizza but had she asked, we wanted to order the 16” so we can take some home. My partner said he could have had another slice or two considering we hadn’t eaten all day. We didn’t leave hungry but we also didn’t leave full. We will definitely return as we do enjoy the food and drinks, we’ll just have to be sure we don’t forget to say what size pizza we want.

The food is always good, the ranch dry rub wings are my favorite! However, they always seem pretty short-staffed. The waiter was friendly but service took a really long time. My dad & I were there for over an hour for only one course - no appetizers or dessert. It took 5-10 minutes for the waiter to approach us & get drinks, even just water. Again, he was nice, but it just took a long time for every step of the ordering process.

Only people in the place and almost an hour without food. Nachos got set on fire in the kitchen and chef said he’d try again. Place was freezing no heat either. Ended up leaving at about an hour still without food and still only customer in the joint.

I have been coming to this location for about 15 years, maybe since they opened it?
Since the pandemic this place just gets worse with every visit. In around 4pm on a Friday, bar was about 50% full and a reservation party upstairs(which was almost to its end), no one in the dining area. Took about 8 minutes to be seated. Hostess seemed annoyed that I asked to be seated a few booths in and not by the door because it's cold outside with a draft there. Then the order of a bucket and appetizer took a long time, pizza was ok. But the kicker..asked for forks and was told they didn't have any because they were all dirty, but they could offer plastic to go forks! Then the pizza comes out and I'm guessing the spatulas must have been dirty so get your hands in the pizza to serve and box.
It's a Friday night before dinner, there was only one other 2 person table seated after us. What in the actual f$@k you do not have 2 clean forks!?!
Wow. I give up on coming here anymore, the pizza is not that great for the price, used to be way better.
To note I am a store manger in retail for over 25 years, so I get it's hard to have good help and the struggle is real, but if this was my location and my staff, especially on a Friday night-have some standards and accountability and if the manger running this location can't make it happen then time to move them out.

Outstanding time at the Rock tonight! Our server, Kellie was absolutely top notch! Never had to ask for refills, or anything else for that matter. Kellie was right there with everything we needed the whole time. She was very friendly, and welcoming. The food was awesome, and the atmosphere was the usual great time we have had there before. Thanks for helping make our daughter’s 21st birthday fun, and memorable.

A little pricey, but the very best pizza around in my opinion.

Ok the pizza here isn't bad, it's pretty good! But let me tell you what... I didn't realize I was going to be robbed for a 12 inch pizza! $29 after tax, I would rather eat garbage and pay a normal amount then 29 freaking dollars. Little Caesars is going to be my go to from here on out:)

We had a work meeting here and had a great experience. Michelle was so much help and nice. Willing to do anything to help us and a drink was never empty.. easy on the eyes also
