Came by for some lunch right at noon after some hiking and it was awesome! Took a bit of time to initially get our food since we came right when they opened (our fault, not theirs) but it was excellent, and well worth the wait! We got the black bean burger and Gabagool with their blackberry cider and it really hit the spot. Really nice people, excellent food, great atmosphere, and a nice selection of all kinds of beverages!
Tonight, we had a family/neighbor get-together at the brewery. The woman taking our order (with the lovely black Labs), immediately picked up on my husband's disability (even without the Sunflower Lanyards--to public: Please Google these.) She was so calm, helpful, understanding. You have no idea what that means to the wife of a loved one with a disability. All I can say is 'thank you.'
We came for the special prime rib dinner with our friends. Half our table came about 15 minutes earlier than the other half. You order at the counter. Those of us who were earlier and ordered got our food in a reasonable amount of time. The rest waited another hour for their food. I believe the excuse was that they ran out of baked potatoes though our reservation was for 5:30 PM. That being said, the prime rib was delicious! They also make great burgers. So we'll come back....
