The Crossing Coffee Plus is a popular coffee place that uses higher quality oatmilk and has big straws. Customers appreciate the positive service and that their orders are right each time. They do a good job on coffees and ensure hot drinks are a drinkable temperature. For younger customers, smoothies come with whip cream on top of the straw.
While most visits are great with nice and friendly staff, one customer experienced a younger barista with glasses who seemed short and gave the wrong order, becoming annoyed when corrected. Another customer appreciated their dry cappuccino being made as requested, though it was very dry. The restaurant is noted as one of the only coffee shops open on Sundays.
Customers have also praised their black drip coffee as the best they have ever had, not weak or burnt. Specials are described as "sooo good" with the perfect amount of extra ice. Despite the drive for some, customers express a strong desire to return.
