After a day of hiking or skiing it’s the perfect stop. I’m a fan of their nitro beers. The place gets busy so expect a wait (but not too long).

We love North Fork brewery We love the people, the food, the ambiance and most of all Angie! What a great combination!
We were headed to a wedding in the National forest and needed a quick little stop. I told them we’d be back for dinner. So after the ceremony we stopped back for a great meal, great vibe and great people to chat with while we ate. Met a couple folks from Canada and had excellent conversation with them. Enjoyed the Classic Supreme pizza and the house made bruschetta. Thanks for the hospitality, kindness and great food. Highly recommend this gem of a joint when traveling through Deming.

Excellent pizza, with unique variery, beer and root-beer brewed in-house, it's really worth the drive out there.

Try the pizza- so delicious. I'm not huge on beer but my husband is. He enjoyed more ambers, reds and lagers. He ordered the scotch ale and loved it. Second time at this place and both times have been excellent as far as food and drinks. If you prefer non alcoholic, the root beer is top tier!

This is a great local joint. I've been enjoying the beers. Lots of their our custom micro brews, and a few other beers from around the county. Their thin crust homemade pizzas are very good. Lots of different combinations. Something for every ones tastebuds. Lots of different Calzones to choice from as well. Perfect spot for a day on the mountain (mt Baker) and hit it up on your way home. Or a great day trip checking out the fall colors. Great job guys.

Lasagna is amazing, as is the mac and cheese. The peanut butter pie was also very good. Nice staff.

There’s nothing like a great cauliflower pizza w fresh mozzarella for those who can’t have gluten. Wonderful service from Ciera. Husband completely enjoyed his dark beer & a pizza made w coconut milk, great option for dairy allergies. Would have liked another cider option but everything by else was top notch.

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was so overpriced for how average it was. It was probably not good but we were so hungry after backpacking (and even then I thought it was subpar).
The waitresses we encountered were both really rude.
It’s the only food around so I guess that’s why people come here???
The name sounded like it was going to be brewery vibes but it’s a townie restaurant with okay food. They do have an outside area that I was happy to sit in the sun.

Good pizza but I'd heard they had calzones and I'm always in search of a good example. They did not have any on the menu.

I was visiting my daughter in Bellingham, with a road trip to Mt. Baker. Upon return to Bellingham, my daughter recommended that we eat at North Fork Brewery. She said it was well known in Bellingham and “really good”. We waited to be seated, but we had expected that (weekend, with beautiful 95 degree weather). We agreed to sit outside, due to the crowd. The pizza was good, and the two female waitresses were both attentive and nice. When my daughter and I finished/left for the parking lot, my daughter pointed out that there was a dog in a car (with the window barely cracked open). The dog was panting, but sitting up. It was 95 degrees that day. Worried for the dog’s welfare, I promptly returned to inside the restaurant to report it to the manager. The waitresses were also concerned for the dog’s welfare, but the manager (a guy with a grey beard and skinny) interrupted me (during my description of the car), and he angrily raised his voice towards me. He pushed a cell phone towards me, while loudly/angrily stating, “I’m not calling 911, so you go ahead and do it”. He was incredibly rude. The female waitresses looked uncomfortable with his reaction. He also refused to let patrons know that there was a dog in distress, which would simply take announcing the car’s description. I went out to check on the dog (now in prone position, tongue out, with little response). I attempted to call the police, but I was told that they don’t check on dogs in distress. The police dispatcher directed me to call the Humane Society, which was closed. Fortunately, the owners came out. I am still incredibly disappointed in the lack of compassion that this male, restaurant worker had towards a dog in distress. I also had informed this man that I was a veterinarian. He still ignored my plea. Please don’t patron this establishment if you are a dog person. On the other hand, this man clearly appears to not be a dog person.
