This is one of my top 3 places to eat. The food is exquisite. I especially like the Chicken Teriyaki, Gyoza, and Miso soup. Presentation is delightful, portions are satisfying, and everything is super fresh. Seating is limited so often we get Carry Out and race home to enjoy it in comfort.
A fun hidden place in the mountains. Amazing food and people. This is a must stop if you are going through. Though you have to be there soonish after opening to make sure you can get everything you want.
Cozy gem serving delicious, homemade Japanese “mountain food” — think huge gyoza, hearty rice bowls, and sake. Only open Friday and Saturday and gets busy fast, but worth a wait.
