We spend a night here before going to our vacation, we paid 7 days parking, left our car there for 7 days when we came back, we found the driver side window broken, we spoke with the security person, he told us break ins happen almost 3 times a week, we spoke with the manager and she said “they are not responsible for break ins”, even though we paid for our vehicle to park on the hotel where is supposed to be safe…this is a horrible hotel !, the parking lot has no gate, homeless or anyone can break in, so this is an FYI to save you the possible headache.

The hotel is relatively close to SeaTac, Seattle downtown, and other sites of interest.Beyond that there's nothing to write home about: the rooms have ceilings far too high, have a window you cannot open (not even for fresh air) some of which (like mine) face the outside busy street and sidewalk...and have curtains that don't close all the way. This means that you're going to have street lamps and car headlights reflecting at night, and early morning sun intruding on any attempt to sleep in. Also, there's a chance that your privacy will be invaded upon.In the 6 nights I stayed at my room, there was no room service. No towel refresh, no tidying or refreshing of the bed sheets, no emptying of the trash or recycling bins (which don't have liners).

As far as the hotel goes, it is fine. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, location is decent. But service is terrible. They are clearly understaffed. I spent 30 min at the airport just trying to get through on the phone - it kept going to voicemail, which was full so it just disconnected. In total I waited an hour in the cold to get the shuttle. Then when I finally got to the hotel, one girl was handling everything in the restaurant. A quick bite to eat became 90 minutes. In fairness their prices are generally pretty good, but my time is more valuable

Marriott hotel charges, but like a motel experience! It's very cold in Seattle at night, only 3 or 4 degrees Celsius. Although we turned on the heating, the window cracks were a bit draughty, so the room was still very cold. The blankets they gave us were as thin as sheets and not warm at all, And then the sheets were itchy and allergic. I don't know it's the material is itchy or it's not cleaned well?We were still cold so we asked for more blankets but they only gave us 2 of sheets for the whole family. We couldn't sleep because our room was too cold.I can't believe it's a Marriott-managed hotel.

The main reason I want to leave a review is for our shuttle driver, Richard. He was amazing and extremely, friendly and helpful. We had to stay the night unexpectedly. He definitely helped improve our moods.
Beware of card holds, charging $160 a night worth of card holds when we’re on vacation? I don’t have over $300 to put a hold on my card when booking the same room? Rooms were barley touched by cleaning at best. Don’t recommend staying there. Management did not check ID’s, we checked back in and someone was in our room. Now we have to find another place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE

Went to check in after paying for room online and they quadrupled the deposit from 51 to over 200 because I live within 60 miles and would not accept cash and after Xmas shopping the card balance was not accepting further transactions for the day so basically I lost 130 bucks and they would not rent me the room

Nice clean room with comfortable beds. It was a bit of a drive from the airport, but over all a four star experience. The restaurant was not good and pretty

The room is simple, nice and clean. The front desk staff gives out bad vibes at check in.In the morning, I called and asked to book for shuttle service as instructed, for 1130am, they told me to come wait at the door 5 minutes before. Not only did the van come 10 minutes late. When the driver arrive, he hang out at the counter, with 3 other front desk staffs for 20 minutes. We had to rush at the airport and barely made our flight. If your shuttle is going to leave at 12 and not 1130, please communicate that so we can arrange our own transportation. The staff clearly don’t respect their customers time.
I have quite a good experience all in
