They purposely kept the car in front of us there until after they closed so that we couldn’t order even though we had been sitting in line for quite some time. Then they came out and walked past that car to tell us to leave.

Drinks are usually always good. Only gave 4* on service and atmosphere due to it's a drive up coffee shop with no inside area and you can tell when people are in training/new and sometimes can get a little overwhelmed by the system or making the drinks. Always have a smile when they come up to give the drinks tho~

The drink I received was made well and had no complaints on it. However, the customer service here was terrible, no how are you, hello, what can I get for you. The worker was very rude handing my order and seemed annoyed that I asked for a pup cup. Definitely not coming here again.

I came here yesterday with my niece to grab 2 Coffees and a cake pop and did not receive that. I received my two copies but not the cake pop I tried to call the place and you cannot get a hold of anybody. It just gives you a Busy signal super annoying they should have somebody that you should be able to contact to make complaints. Definitely will not recommend.

Overall this location was good also they just did not seem like they were interested in trying to help somebody is almost like an air of the standoffish when you pull up. Drinks were still good

This was one of my go to coffee stands. The mid day/evening staff is great. I have a couple favorite baristas there who know me and make my drink with love & perfection!
This morning I put an online order through their app, I love this feature since it’s great with time management for work. I arrived when the app said my order was ready about 15 mins later. There was a Tesla parked out front. It looked like there was nobody on site (even though all lights and everything was on) after waiting for about 20 mins, I knocked on the window to get somebody’s attention, nobody answered. (By the way this is way past their opening time). I would usually leave in this case but I was so frustrated because I already placed and PAID for this coffee through the app and it should’ve been ready by the time I got there. Instead, I got there and waited over 25 mins for them to even make my order.

Finally, a girl in a Lexus pulled up and 2 girls arrived. They didn’t acknowledge me, apologize or say anything to me regarding the situation. Instead they made my drink with an attitude and ugly demeanor…. They didn’t even make the drink the way I ordered it through the app..

We had gone to a different shop(Aunties coffee something) for coffee and they messed up our Orders like gave the opposite of what we had order BUT the girls from Gravity were so sweet and gave us half off even tho they weren't the ones who ruined our first cups of coffee such amazing customer service

7pm Sunday night and nobody in sight (except catching a glimpse of a hand when pulling up). (Sign says open till 8.) The girl was inside hiding. After visiting both drive thrus and standing at the walk up door for 5 minutes ringing the bell, the worker told us that the system was down and couldn't process payments. By this time, someone else was waiting on the other side. Absolutely horrendous service—even if the system was truly down, she should have been doing her job and telling people outright. Would give 0 stars if possible.
