This was one of my go to coffee stands. The mid day/evening staff is great. I have a couple favorite baristas there who know me and make my drink with love & perfection! This morning I put an online order through their app, I love this feature since it’s great with time management for work. I arrived when the app said my order was ready about 15 mins later. There was a Tesla parked out front. It looked like there was nobody on site (even though all lights and everything was on) after waiting for about 20 mins, I knocked on the window to get somebody’s attention, nobody answered. (By the way this is way past their opening time). I would usually leave in this case but I was so frustrated because I already placed and PAID for this coffee through the app and it should’ve been ready by the time I got there. Instead, I got there and waited over 25 mins for them to even make my order.
Finally, a girl in a Lexus pulled up and 2 girls arrived. They didn’t acknowledge me, apologize or say anything to me regarding the situation. Instead they made my drink with an attitude and ugly demeanor…. They didn’t even make the drink the way I ordered it through the app..

We had gone to a different shop(Aunties coffee something) for coffee and they messed up our Orders like gave the opposite of what we had order BUT the girls from Gravity were so sweet and gave us half off even tho they weren't the ones who ruined our first cups of coffee such amazing customer service

7pm Sunday night and nobody in sight (except catching a glimpse of a hand when pulling up). (Sign says open till 8.) The girl was inside hiding. After visiting both drive thrus and standing at the walk up door for 5 minutes ringing the bell, the worker told us that the system was down and couldn't process payments. By this time, someone else was waiting on the other side. Absolutely horrendous service—even if the system was truly down, she should have been doing her job and telling people outright. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Wow, just wow. Serena, the so-called "manager" at Des Moines Gravity, is hands down the worst. Mornings aren’t for everyone, but her attitude today was completely unacceptable for a manager. If you enjoy being ignored and waiting forever for a drink, this is your place.
I stood there waiting to be greeted while another employee slowly finished a drink on the other side. When Serena finally showed up, it went from bad to worse. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just a blank stare, like I was somehow bothering her. It was clear she woke up on the wrong side of a mood swing and never recovered.
As for the drink, the white mocha I ordered was an absolute joke—watered down, barely any coffee flavor, if any at all. At other locations, I’ve had a great experience, but this was just embarrassing.
And the speed? I could’ve walked to Safeway, shopped, and come back before she even handed me my drink.
Serena needs to seriously reconsider her role in customer service, because right now, she’s doing a huge disservice to the brand. I won’t be back and I’ll make sure everyone knows about this experience.

I usually love GC, but it's a hit and miss here. Some of the baristas are just so sweet and kind, but there's one that is just not so friendly. I read on another review here that they had a "I'm over it" type of attitude, so that must be the same one I'm talking about.
My last visit there this week, her attitude was too much, so I unfortunately don't want to go there anymore.

Don't order from them if you are getting it delivered! 2nd time and both were very wrong! This time I order 2 latte. No option to pick hot, cold, iced or blended whatever. I assumed that they would make it hot since it's 7:00 in the morning and cold outside!!! NOPE! They made us frozen blended latte. I tried calling, straight to a busy single same as last time they messed it up. Maybe they don't care because it's a Togo and I did realize that you can't put a tip on there for them only for the delivery driver. Very sad won't make the mistake a 3rd time. Bummer

Unlike other GC locations I’ve been to, this one was one to remember, unfortunately. The service could’ve been better. The lady who helped gave off a very “I’m over it and hurry up” attitude. There wasn’t a line, they had just opened, and we didn’t take long to place our order. The drinks we received were blended coffees that were extremely watery. I like GC, but unfortunately this location wasn’t the best experience.
