The employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude and dismissive. He abruptly asked if I was DoorDash and told me to come inside. Once I told him I wasn't door dash, he started yelling about how they were short-staffed and that I’d be waiting a long time—without even giving me a chance to say a word. This happened around 10:45 PM. There was absolutely no customer service, just attitude. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Just bought a surpreme croissant and as soon I went to take a bite I noticed mold on the bread. Tried to call and speak to someone but after 5 attempts, nobody answered. Which is strange because there was a full staff before I pulled off. Also, I spent $16 on a meal that they hardly ever get correct. I will not be returning.
The are too expensive over charge me the lady didn’t understand what I need bad experience .
I visit this Jack in the Box more than I should, but it's very conveniently located for me, and I have a weakness for bacon Swiss buttery smashed Jack's, drenched in ranch. One thing I can say about this location is they won't hesitate to give extra sauce if you ask. Most places are stingy and charge for each extra, but here you can regularly get 3-5 for free, so that's a plus. The food is good, what you expect from Jack in the Box, but not especially great. You're gonna pay about as much as you would at a more sit-down burger place and, frankly, it's not gonna be as good. But still, the service is quick, the staff are polite(at least when I've gone) and as I said, it's conveniently located for me, right off the A Line.
Are you kidding me. who doesn't love Uncle Jack 👍🏼 always all around good service and food
Over $15 for a small sized spicy chicken sandwich meal. On top of that, it wasn’t very good. Never again.
This is a dangerous place. Pick another one of their locations!
Whom ever it may concern,
As a fast food junkie it’s an absolute gift to live nearby. The workers hustle and seem to enjoy working there. The food and service is always “high five” worthy. Thanks and keep up the good consistent work!
Doordashed it so I can't rate it off actual location, but very good food at a good price
I hope you speak Spanish or broken English if you can communicate everything is good if not they may just look at you like you crazy. Sometimes difficult to communicate with but food is decent once you get it

There was no line inside or in drive-through and they would not not let us order a side of sausage. My grandson cannot have bread or other ingredients for health reasons!!!!
We drove to the Jack in the Box in Soto and got two sausage patties for $2.00 hassle free!!!!
Brought my fam on an early Thursday night. Drive thru was kind of busy but empty in the dining room. The place was spotless inside. Service was fast and friendly.
Avoid. Paid 13 bucks, just to get the wrong burger, the bun was stale and no sauce. Way way over priced and push in the drive thru.
The people in the drive-thru was very nice and friendly. Most of the time, you don't get that here.
Working in the customer service field, most don't understand that the works are doing 2 people's jobs now. So we do get burned out, and kindness and patience are very welcomed.
Food was fresh, smash burger was juicy and not dry.
Ordered my meal on the app. Went thru drive thru to pick up. Meal was ready when I arrived at the window.
