Clean seating exceptional service. Food was perfect and fresh. Hadn't been in 20 years and was not let down. Those tacos still hit. Pita was a perfect lite lunch choice. Teriyaki bowl still bomb! Perfectly fried egg roll. Thanks so much for a great lunch as we headed out of the city.

I still want to give this restaurant four stars. However, I would caution others when ordering a Double Jack vs. Jumbo Jack, as the order takers tend to lean toward the Jumbo Jack. It's important to double-check your order on the screen to ensure accuracy.

Today, I ordered two Double Jacks, but they came out a bit watery. I'm not sure what caused that, but it seems like the cheese is overly melted and the buns are squished,...

I frequent here often. The staff is nice for the most part, definitely not chic fil a style of service but hey it’s fast food. I’m leaving a review now because I visited over the weekend ordered a smash jack which was perfect ?? but I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich which was TERRIBLE. They put a TON of sauce on both sides of the bun, the result was a soggy/greasy sandwich. I literally couldn’t eat it, I took one bite and threw it out. I paid damn near $20 dollars...
