I just went to this location and ordered food for me and my sister, she got a 8piece nugget meal with curly fries and a Oreo milkshake. I got home and gave her the food and she was missing 2 chicken nuggets and had regular fries instead of curly fries. I mean if I wanted less I probably would’ve payed less? But no I payed the full amount for less food. And on top of that when I tried to call to see if there was anything we could do since I work near by, their phone line was cut off?

I ordered #10, and she heard #2 n literally wanted to argue that with me. I also got the jumbo jack meal no cheese, and that came out with cheese. So both sandwiches were WRONG. The curly fries sat under the warmer n were Luke warm. I usually don't complain about much cuz why. But $26 for 2 meals with an Empty drive thru and inside also empty. I feel they had time to get it right.

It has gotten much too expensive for what you get. Also a jumbo jack with cheese is supposed to have two slices of cheese. For some reason this particular location only gives you one.

Jack in the Box is always been a favorite for a quick burger and fries.. emphasis quick.. I can't ever, well hardly ever, get golden brown fries at Jack In The Box. They are always to the lighter side. Fries- french fries- fried.. doesn't that imply fried?

My wife and I have left here twice without getting any food because of the awful service. Not to sound mean, but the lady at the window speaks almost no English, so she completely gets your order wrong over and over again. I tried to talk to her through the speaker, but it didn't work because she COULDN'T understand me, so I drove to the window, and she got it wrong again.I handed her the cash, and she went to fix the order and hands it over wrong again. She then started to argue and rolled her eyes, slammed the window, and walked away.I told her I wanted my cash back and gave her the wrong order back. She gave me some of my money back and then slammed the window shut. I had to yell through the closed window to get my cash back, and she gave me the dirtiest look. I want it to be clear, I was polite the entire time.I understand working at Jack in the Box would probably suck but damn. It's pretty bad when you simply have to give up because they can't get a simple order correct then, is extremely rude to you when trying to clarify your order.I could also hear the person in front of me getting frustrated because she got their order wrong as well.This was on 9/21/23 at around 5:30 pm.
