This location was the worst. I waited over 20 minutes for my food after being asked if I could pull into parking spot #1 to just wait a few minutes while they make the fries. WHAT A LIE. When I was brought my food it was a younger woman and she did not even apologize. When I complained about how long I waited she still didn’t apologize and told me that she was just told to make the order. I was surprised by that because I had seen multiple other cars go through the drive thru. I was so annoyed by this location. I even tried to call because their lobby was closed but there was no answer. There were also multiple people cleaning the lobby while there was a line of cars in the drive thru the entire time and other cars waiting in spots along side me. Terrible location. Hopefully management gets better soon.

Ordered a 12pc meal which consists of white and dark pieces. Went to a park to eat and discovered leg and thighs only. Called back and spoke to Manager, Jose, who informed me they were out of breasts. He did say that I could come back today or tomorrow and that it would be a 19min wait. I drove back and it was almost 40mins for those breasts. I can honestly say they ruined my meal time that I was excited for. I ate mashed potatoes and coleslaw at park and ate breasts at home. Wasn't the experience I wanted. They failed to mention they only had leg and thighs avail to begin with. Customer service is definitely lacking 😑

I order from Uber eats and they forgot my lemonade but then they replaced my whole entire meal which was very sweet. They didn’t have to. It was just a lemonade, but I’m very grateful.

The first time time I ordered the chicken sandwhich. It tasted like it was pulled from a freezer after being in there for years. So incredibly freezer burned.
The second time, I had the exact same experience as the first
This third and last time, I ordered a two piece meal. The chicken tasted like Banquet frozen chicken. It wasn't fried at all. The skin was falling off and didn't even appear cooked all the way through. The biscuit was so tough and chewy.
I went for the 8pc for 10 dollars which is a steal but then they told me I could make it a meal for ten dollars more I was like wow all that for just 20 bucks and I love this specific spot cause out of all the KFC's I've tried this one has the best chicken and staff the guy at the drive thru window that helped me had some of the best costumer service his name was Jose i had told him they needed to make him a supervisor or something and he said he was the manager I was surprised because of how young he looked but it makes sense why they made him manager going to be making Tuesdays Kfc night from now on
Ordered the 12pc with biscuits, doubled sides of fries, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes and gravy. Got one of everything instead, and some corn I never ordered? Missed the second set of sides entirely.

This location has gone downhill quickly, just a month ago this location was pretty decent and now the staff are confused and a little rude. The food quality just isn't there anymore either.
