We ordered a chicken pot pie & it wasn't like b4. It was full of mashed potatoes, no gravy or sauce in it & barely any chicken. I think there was 2 small pieces of chicken in it. We also ordered 5 piece chicken nuggets & they were tiny, like half the size of a mccdonalds chicken nugget. We paid 3.84 4 them & they were tiny. Nor worth it.

The worst experience ever! I just finished working a 14 hour day on highway 405. I am a carpenter. I went to grab dinner. There was only 1 other car besides .me and they were inside. They forgot my main box of chicken. I immediately called. The lady wanted to take my name and call me back. I gave her my name and told her I was coming back. When I reached I pulled back up to the drive through window. Again there was nobody else for customers besides the one couple inside. The lady at the window said she knows she put it in the bag. A 20 piece bucket of chicken. I explained does she really think I want to be out in the heat, filthy from work sweating like crazy to get a free bucket of chicken? Then they told me to park it would be 15 minutes. After talking with them back and forth almost 30 minutes later I asked to give my money back. Then she asked if I had my receipt RU Serious??? The worst experience. I will NEVER go back. I dont suggest anyone else. Horrible customer service.Horrible everything!!!

This location was the worst. I waited over 20 minutes for my food after being asked if I could pull into parking spot #1 to just wait a few minutes while they make the fries. WHAT A LIE. When I was brought my food it was a younger woman and she did not even apologize. When I complained about how long I waited she still didn’t apologize and told me that she was just told to make the order. I was surprised by that because I had seen multiple other cars go through the drive thru. I was so annoyed by this location. I even tried to call because their lobby was closed but there was no answer. There were also multiple people cleaning the lobby while there was a line of cars in the drive thru the entire time and other cars waiting in spots along side me. Terrible location. Hopefully management gets better soon.

Ordered a 12pc meal which consists of white and dark pieces. Went to a park to eat and discovered leg and thighs only. Called back and spoke to Manager, Jose, who informed me they were out of breasts. He did say that I could come back today or tomorrow and that it would be a 19min wait. I drove back and it was almost 40mins for those breasts. I can honestly say they ruined my meal time that I was excited for. I ate mashed potatoes and coleslaw at park and ate breasts at home. Wasn't the experience I wanted. They failed to mention they only had leg and thighs avail to begin with. Customer service is definitely lacking 😑

I order from Uber eats and they forgot my lemonade but then they replaced my whole entire meal which was very sweet. They didn’t have to. It was just a lemonade, but I’m very grateful.

I ordered a large fries and They asked me to pull into line 3 I waiting 20 minutes no body brought my food after 20 minutes I did go inside and ask about my food they said we totally forgot.
