Mini... The Dough-Nut

Showed up on a Saturday before noon. This place doesn't even exist at the address listed. The building signage is gone and it has some pizza signage now. Google showed that the place was open but got no answer when I called hoping to get directions.

Does anyone know where I can order these donuts since their shop in Des mines is now closed ?

Mini The Doughnuts is an absolute gem. The owner is truly one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve ever met. He takes the time to make every customer feel welcome, and his passion for what he does is clear from the moment you walk up.

As for the doughnuts—hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. They are made fresh to order, which makes all the difference. Warm, perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s a game changer.

If you love doughnuts, this is the place to go. You will not find better, fresher, or more delicious mini doughnuts anywhere else.

Was great when they were open. It appears that they are no longer in business.

This place does not care for your business, they are never open and when they are supposed to be open they don't make it a point to follow the time on the will return sign....punctuality punctuality punctuality....

I have been going here for years because of their delicious donuts. However, the owner (man) needs to brush up on his customer service. Somedays he is “ok” & others he is grumpy. I like it when his wife is the one serving instead of him. It’ll also be better if they were opened more than 3 days a week.

Great little shop with tons of flavors to choose from. Love the painted benches outside to eat or take it to go. (No indoor seating for rainy days).

The donuts were absolutely delicious, and I really appreciated the effort. I understand that everyone has off days, but I did notice that he seemed a bit frustrated. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but I didn’t feel as welcomed as I had hoped. But regardless donuts were amazing will definitely be back !

Hello, I am here on the review side of google to share with you my experience at this cute yummy establishment! My family and I were on our way down to federal way. Taking a different route through Des Moines during rush hour(s), we saw this adorable mini donut shop. We have 4 girls.... I ran inside and was taken back by all the options presented to me! I had to take a moment to appreciate all the different flavors. The combinations and names for them were so fun! The maple sounded delicious. I thought that one was it, but then I saw the strawberry shortcake and was sold. I took them back to the van where they were devoured instantly. They were very tasty! So I went and got another order of them! I could tell the owner really enjoyed his craft. They were fresh. Like From batter to the oil, the whole process, you get that experience. You won't regret stopping by into this mini shop. It's going to be a special memory in our hearts as a family and a destination to look forward to on days where we need a fun thing to do. Looking forward to trying more flavor combinations as well!
