I wanted to come on here and give a shout out and some kudos to Jonathon for exceptional customer service. For caring enough to help the customer resolve their problem instead of just trying to herd them out the door as quick as possible. We need more Jonathons out there!

Very very slow service the day I went , order should have been ready when I got their but I still had to wait another 25 minutes in total it took a hour from time i left house and got pizza i only live a mile away and it was me and another customer waitin

Good pizza but.....They only had diet Pepsi and Mountain dew to drink.. come on, keep Root beer in stock. How tough can it be.

Consistently making the wrong pizza (regular crust instead of thin, on a thin crust pizza) adding wrong, or not adding the right toppings. Every papa Murphys too. Done with this chain. $60 for 2 wrong pizzas that went untouched because they were wrong. Come here if you like your order made wrong and pay a premium for it, while you still have to cook it.Go to your grocery store get pizza crust mix/dough and make it yourself! Takes a little practice but so much cheaper and you know it's made right. Btw, we've done take out mostly, for years, but had it delivered as well and that was equally underwhelming and inaccurate.

Probably 6 months since my last order. This pizza much different. Crust is thinner Less quantity of toppings Some toppings on the outer rim, some in the middle, none from middle to edge. Clearly they achieve cost savings by providing less quantity of toppings.

You have a boo boo a lot on the cheese it was still good but you know compared to the last one I had you know. and I thought they were chinched on the toppings you know I didn't think I didn't see hardly any mushrooms on that thing so you know actually I was pretty generous giving three stars but you know it's still good you know I you just needs more cheese and some more toppings. and I didn't find very many a pepperoni on that thing okay well let me know if you have a favorite I know renton it's probably the best but it's not real close to me all redondo's only one bus away.

I would skip this place. The website has site wide coupons, which you cannot apply. Says they give senior discounts, but apparently this location does not honor! Never have had good service here! Looking for another great pizza place!
