The salad was disgusting didn't even wanna finish it, they sung happy bday to a little girl but when it was my bday they sad they don't do this anymore

Always understaffed, they never have our food on time it’s been a hour since we ordered and it STILL hasn’t been here, it is NOT packed in this building

Our family really enjoys coming to this Red Robin. The restaurant is always clean and the food is consistently really good. The current staff is really nice, attentive and courteous. We especially like and enjoy when Cameron is our server. In addition to all those other qualities he often remembers our order is good w the kids. Best burger place around!

Me an my family were there celebrating our brother birthday which is his 8th birthday and we hv been waiting for the servant to come for like more than 45 min and then the servant came and we were ready to order and then my big brother which was the dad of the kid was telling her “this is the longest we hv been waiting compared to the other days that we were here bc we go there every one month “and she said “u can leave if u don’t wanna wait”which was with really bad attitude and bad expressions and we told her “why would u say that?” And then she said “I want u guys to leave the restaurant “and we said no and we tell her that we want to talk to the manager and she said “I am the manager “and we told her “well that’s not how u supposed to treat people especially kids “then she left and called her real manager and the girl came and tell us to leave the restaurant and we asked her y? And she said “u harassed my coworker and cursed her “mind u we are Christians plus we hv kids with us and my brother immediately starts crying and the other kids which was 6 and 1 was also not happy about it bc they felt discriminated by them and we called a police and the police came and report.

Pure chaos. Curbside number didn’t work to come out to the car for our carry out. Had to go inside and wait almost 30 minutes past the due time. The person trying to work up front was all over the place. I’m pretty sure they were hanging up on all phone calls. Later got through the line to talk to a manager, talked to the person running the front, they just hung up the line. Same person had to make our milkshake instead of working the front. If you’re the store manager of this location you’re really struggling to keep things going tonight. To top it off, why are you using these tiny straws for your milkshakes, what kind of sucking power do you think I have?

The worst red Robin ever Service was bad you feel people just don’t wanna work there just quit. If you don’t like your job we don’t have to deal with it. Never go back to this red Robin is the worst.

I went in tonight at 6. I ordered a water, a root beer float and a BLTA. My sandwich came without avacado on a croissant that was flat and fairly hard. I was told they would bring me avacado. I asked 5x for my root beer float and it showed up at 715, in a small glass with very melted ice cream, after I had finished my sandwich, having never received my avacado and being out of water as well. I was generous with my 2 stars as my fries were good. I wish I could say this was an unusual experience at this Red Robin but alas, it was only slightly worse than the last few times. It's not a surprise that many locations will be closing and I would guess this location will be one of them. I cannot imagine a scenario, as a server, where I would have the audacity to charge someone for a drink that it took over an hour to deliver to the table, clearly melted. It's shameful and embarrassing.

My family has been eating here for many years and have had numerous great servers but by far the most memorable is Melanie. We've had her as a server several times and she's always quick to make us laugh with a joke or some witty banter. She's also never made a mistake with our complicated orders and last minute changes. Melanie alone gets 5/5 stars!

I want to start of with this review is not to the staff at at all, just the atmosphere and restaurant over all.
Me and my sister were seated at 6:35pm, didn’t get fries till 7:15. We placed our order at 6:50pm.
The fries were cold and soggy. The food took another 25 minutes. And when I got the order of mozzarella twists, just terrible.
My little one wanted to go home at this point as she was tired. And I don’t blame her we were there for an hour and barely got our food.
Just when I’m ready to go, I had to wait 5 minutes for boxes and then another 10 minutes for the waitress to take my payment.
As someone who was a server for 2.5 years, I’m very patient. But today my patience was spread very, very thin.

Went to this place a month ago. Service was terrible. Went to the bar and it took 15 minutes for the bartender to come to me, bar had maybe 4 other tables. Food order was wrong. Decided to try it again today. Sat at a table in the bar. Took 12 minutes to get a menu from the same bartender. After 7 more minutes of waiting for her to take my drink order I called it. Drove up the street 1/4 of a mile to Allstar sports bar. Had a waitress hand me a menu and ask for my order 10 seconds after sitting down. Gin n tonic in hand 2 minutes later. Don’t waste your time with this trash Red Robin, go to all star. They have way more tvs, incredible staff, and good food options. As a former restaurant worker their is zero work ethic among the Red Robin workers, especially the bartender.

10/25 230pm the cooks under cooked our bacon, mozzarella sticks were cold inside, fries were soggy like or undercooked, bland tasting and everything. This sucks because we live across the street now just moved. But dont think we will be back... the server was amazing
