The salad was disgusting didn't even wanna finish it, they sung happy bday to a little girl but when it was my bday they sad they don't do this anymore

Went with a group, and was pleasantly surprised. Food was very tasty, and the staff did an awesome job. A bit spend, but eating out just about anywhere is nowadays.

In the four years that we have occasionally come to this location, there have always been issues with the service and food, but after today, I will for sure not return. My kids did the Red Robin reading challenge this summer, so we brought them in for lunch. The service was pretty much non-existent/beneath even bare minimum. The food was mediocre at best, and the fries they are famous for went cold, for example, while waiting 15 mins for a dipping sauce that we asked for twice). No check-ins. Refills were finally offered, but not until we were done eating and waiting for the bill. Considering the restaurant was mostly empty, and despite a handful of staff visibly on hand, this was all kind of a surprise. My daughter also had reading challenge completed to earn a dessert, but we were never offered dessert or an opportunity to order anything else, so we gave up. Eating out has become expensive, and it is difficult to want to spend money on food this mediocre with this bad of service. While I am grateful that red Robin offers fun programs like a free kids meal or a free dessert for the reading challenge, I am at least glad we only had to pay for our two adult meals and our four drinks. I won’t, however, be back.

Usually great food and service. This last visit was disappointing, short staffed, slow kitchen, and the food wasn't up to their usual quality. Hopefully I'll be able to amend this review after the next visit.

Used to be great, especially thru Door Dash. Now they take much longer and the quality of food has gone down. I recently found a piece of cling wrap in my salad.

Melony was the most wonderful host. We had a huge swim party and she created the best most fabulous evening event.

Melanie was absolutely amazing! She handled our large group like a pro. We’ve had her serve our group for 2 years and we want her when we come back.

This company is becoming a dump with customer service , wow , I was there yesterday 7-21- at about 8:30 pm, there was no body at he front desk, after about 6 minutes waiting I started to record , it took about 10 minutes for someone to come and greed us, them we were seated , they were 4 tables with plates and left over from previous customers, at one point we were the only customers dinning, , how is it possible to not even treat one table right when that is all you have , is just unacceptable

Braylon, the young gentleman who took my order and actually had a great conversation with me, was tremendous. Truly..
The food was prepared well. And met my expectations terms of flavor and taste.
So they met my hopes and slightly exceeded my expectations .

I went here with a friend recently and we stopped by at about 8pm. There were only a few tables, and no one else in line, but no one was at the host stand.
We stood there for about 15min before someone came and seated us. Our server was Kay, she was lovely and helped my friend double check the gluten free status of the sauces through the website.
My friend got a margarita and a burger, I got water and a cheeseburger with bottomless fries. It took almost 40min for the food to come out, and the portions were smaller than at other Red Robin locations I’ve been to.
Because everything was taking so long, I just went ahead and paid through the machine at the table and wrapped my leftovers in napkins. It wasn’t worth waiting to ask for a box.
Although Kay was incredibly sweet and made sure to help us thoroughly (truly, the saving grace of this experience), the kitchen took way too long- I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
They have a large parking lot with disabled accessible spots (nearby, no unloading zones though). The bathrooms were clean. The actual restaurant area wasn’t very well lit. The tables were very clean.
