While the food was good, I have never seen a business post that they calculate the tip after tax, and before discounts? Unfortunately they seem to be understaffed, with what seemed like one person running the entire floor when I went, which was a Monday. I tried to do the monster burger deal, but the system does not automatically deduct, and so it was kind of forgotten about, but, the food was tasty.

The Cadillac Margarita used to be delicious but apparently they're losing money on their liquor so it wasn't as good this time and when we told them they argued with us about it. Tried to tell us that they were over pouring before. For a $13 drink I don't think they were overpowering!

Ordered online for curbside pickup, pulled into the parking spot and called the number, twice and they hung up on both times, food was old, cold and with any care for presentation, the lady who said "Oh you were the one that called as she found very funny, was very rude, and order was awful

The customer service is terrible. They don’t come to the door. No one‘s waiting for you there I asked for service no one ever came so I just grab my food and left.

A SW salad at 7pm ended up with vomiting and diarrhea by 3am and an emergency room visit by 9am for dehydration.
Contacted Red Robin and forwarded to their insurance company, they decided not to take any responsibility. Current medical bills are at $2500.
Beware of unclean kitchens, but just as bad, big chain restaurants that do not actually care for the customers.

We were there for 35 minutes and we got one of drinks.

Service was unprofessional, starting with the hostess who gave us 4 menus for a party of 5. The server,whom we rarely saw, couldn't even get a refill of sodas. Our drinks sat melting at the bar because the bt didn't know where to deliver them. The toppings on the sandwiches were very skimpy. Short story...you need to up your game if you want to stay in business. The Des Moines location needs a complete overhaul...fire everyone and get a manager who knows the business.

...Classic Red Robyns in Des Moines WA been coming to this location for years..at one point you could barely find parking...time has changed as the place was empty and there was plenty of parking...ordered the chicken sandwich and onion rings tower which never disappoints...

Food was good, hot and fresh. Our expiditor was friendly, as far as service? Non-existent. Waitress didn't really do anything beyond taking our order and play on her phone. No drink refills, no bottomless fries refill for either of us and we wanted more. Very disappointed on our anniversary date. Will not be going back.

9/13/2024 it was my daughter's birthday she wanted to go to Red Robin the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant they had to retake one order after everyone got there food it took an hour to get half our food that half was all cold orders were all mixed up or wrong they had to remake one order manager said she would remove some things then when I went to pay my bill they put them back on the party next to us was not as big but was a larger party they got all there food on time at the same time and they did the b day thing for the kid but they forgot about my daughter this is unexcusable I will never come here again I may not ever go to any red Robin ever again I've been going here for many years since they opened but i am pissed they also made my Daughter late to another b day celebration they were not busy either keep up the bad work and maybe we can get a decent restaurant to replace this garbage establishment you should be ashamed you were my daughter's favorite restaurant not any more
