Tapioca boba was PERFECT. It’s nice to be able to modify orders with ice and sweetness. I wish the matcha flavor in my milk tea was a little stronger, kind of watered down. I would return again!

After missing out on my order 7 people getting orders before me i had to remind the same clueless cashier what I ordered even then took them a while to figure out my simple order of mango drink won't be coming back to this store no apologies no nothing bad experience

Why is it that every time I come in here, I feel like I am bothering the workers? The little Asian girl has no customer service skills what so ever. I keep trying & trying, but I dont think I candle handle the attitude a while paying for an $8 coffee. The customer service is the face of your company. BAD LOOK.

Ordered taro pearl milk tea, tapioca is delicious, the whole rest of the drink aka the supposed to taste like taro taste like a teaspoon of their taro powder, a drop of milk and 100% water. Sharrtea federal way no longer exists so I have to order from here, but thats the issues I've always had with them, watering down their drinks. - actually very upset i wasted money on this, its not even worth drinking, if I wanted water I'd go to my fridge.

i love sharetea but this location only had one worker when i came and there was like 2 orders i waited 25+ minutes for one drink.

We really like this place because they make the tea that we want. Honey Jasmine tea, les sugar, less ice, tapioca pearls. This is what we go for every time. We come in every once in a while. We might get a drink with a lemonade base.
