The perks of a franchise like Sharetea are solid flavors and consistently high quality boba. The tapioca is always perfectly chewy and the drinks never disappoint. Tailor your sweetness or ice level. The employees here are on their A game: I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my drink even when the shop is bustling.The store has a bookshelf with board games so feel free to bring friends and settle in! Parking is a little right (compact spots) but plentiful.

Unfriendly service. No smiles, no greetings, just a whole lot of scowling. Makes it very uncomfortable to even go there. There are better places out their with wonderful customer service. Only giving it a one star cause the teas are decent.Edit: Read some other reviews and it looks like customer service is an issue period staff definitely needs better training with how to deal with their customers on a day-to-day basis.Especially if you want business.

uses way to much milk in the fresh milk tea. its not really even tea at this point.

This region has so many boba shops to choose from! Miss Boba in the valley is a hot spot but this Sharetea location in Des Moines is pretty good too since they're so close to Highline College. It's also located on the base of the Highline dorms. They were pretty busy and service was friendly. Parking is limited but I felt like most customers showing up weren't there to hang out. It's all about that grab-and-go convenience.
