The lady who served me had a very bad attitude towards the customer and was too lazy to prepare the orders. I do not recommend this place.

This Starbucks is physically located INSIDE the Safeway. As a result, your order gets you Safeway rewards, and you can use Safeway gift cards, but not Starbucks gift cards. I have never had a drink there I didn't like, but their hours are very limited, when they are staffed at all. They are also staffed with Safeway employees, so if there is nobody in customer service, nobody will be at the coffee stand either. They do not serve their drinks super hot, which I like, but that also means it can get cold if you wait too long to enjoy it.

Arrived this morning at 5:30am and sign said “open” at 5am. Barista stared at me for 2 minutes then said “no”….I stood there looking at him and asked him again and he said no again. So I laughed and walked away.

I came in around 7:30am to grab a couple coffees and was not acknowledged by the staff. When I finally was spoken to I was told “they were not open” despite their hours being listed online as open at that time. I asked when they opened because if it was soon I was going to wait and order when they did open. I was ignored after asking the question twice.

Walked past this location on the way into the grocery store yesterday. It has closed down, which makes me happy to see. I've been in this location a few times and the setup always seemed small and cramped. Having to fight your way back through a narrow area full of people after getting your overpriced drink wasn't my idea of fun so I always tried to avoid this particular spot.

Love this location! I always do a mobile order and the morning goes always have my order ready and waiting for me. Plus they know my name and my order...that's always a plus! I also like that it's not packed every morning with a line of customers.

Obviously this Starbucks is not gonna do so well. The location itself is a death wish. There are no customers to attract in the area. The area is not fit for a Starbucks. That's the reason why the production in this branch is so terrible. Do I need to say more? The people here are nice. It's just a bad area. So bad area = bad production = depressed baristas = horrible coffee. Simply put.

SO fucking slow. Even when there are like two people in line why the fuck can't you hurry up? It's a weekday morning. We have places to be. I don't like coming here because this one girl barista (who always seems to be there when I go in the morning) is so damn slow at making my coffee. If you're in a rush in the morning. DON'T come here. Also, it seems that 80% of the employees here don't know how to greet their customers.

Well since they deleted my original review here it is partially. These girls don't know how to make drinks and when you're dealing with...THE MORNING RUSH who are off to actual careers where being late isn't good..maybe you should be professional and timely. I seriously only come here out of convienence. And its STILL quicker to stop in and if those "employees" are working and not the young man.., go further on pacific to cutters. Which cutters are PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND get drinks right. Without blaming customer even though its clearly their fault. You really have to e..slow..to get. Green tea latte out of green tea with an ice cube. And then to MOCK the paying customer, whom used to be a regular. Pfft. Hire someone with the means to do well, not someo e miserable with their own measly lives to try and put in a effort.
