Recently stopped by since my gf will be opening her esthetics salon across the street and I’ve always seen this place for the past couple years growing up in the area, super happy and excited for this business to exist and the owner now has a market attached to it 🔥 go support this local business the only of its kind in the area, typically only 1 or 2 workers so try to be nice if you stop by on a hot day and they have other customers they’re attending. Cute little place! They have a good variety of treats. We had the mango smoothie, lots of goodies in it! A piece of cake from the cooler near the door, it was firm and moist, allot of whip cream. We also had the
Chicharrones they were tasty!
Service was quick and pleasant. Atmosphere was colorfully decorated but there was some construction plastic curtains hanging in the dining area. Otherwise, this place is a hidden gem in Des Moines, we'll go back again!

Authentic Latino nieves de garrafas! Wonderful variety of homemade sorbet, ice cream, and agua fresca. Many more sweet treats are available as well as some of our favorite savory snacks such as eloté and tostilocos. Raul was very friendly and happily answered any questions that we had... Highly recommend!
