Really really slow service (id say 15 min to get our food) and there was nobody in the store. Mexi nuggets were fresh but my burrito was cold.

Great service here. The dining room is clean and inviting for a fast food place. Good menu selection with a variety of price points. The drive thru here is usually pretty fast, maybe a little slower when busy.

Extremely unprofessional dining room staff having an attitude after messing up my order and then slamming the food on the counter that I never should've had to come in to get.

Food: As a Hispanic person who lived in Arizona for 15 years, I was confused. I struggled to process the information right in front of me on the menu. A natural taco? I asked the nice lady at the drive-through, and she informed me it included beef, chicken, or beans, cheese, and RANCH on a WHEAT tortilla. A wheat tortilla? Thats just called flat bread. A tortilla is flour or corn. I've never had an abuela ask me corn, flour, or wheat. In disbelief, I asked about the regular taco. The only difference was that it was on a flour tortilla, but it still had RANCH!

RANCH is for salads, and controversially, some other foods but definitely not tacos. It's like the founder went to Mexico and had a taco but forgot to write down the ingredients and ranch was the only white creamy sauce he could think of as a northwesterner so he slapped it on there confident he had it figured out.

The Hispanic employee inside looked depressed as he was preparing the food. He knew it was wrong. Everything in his blood was telling that this is wrong. But he was just following orders. I could tell it caused him pain. His ancestors were not smiling this day.

I ordered the burrito becsuse it did nit include ranch. Interestingly, the only difference between the taco and burrito is that the burrito doesn't include lettuce, tomato or ranch. They are the same size.

And don't get me started on the Mexican fries... which as far as I can tell, are just regular tater tots.

I never thought I would say it, but if you want more authentic Tacos, go to Taco Bell. Honestly it tastes better and costs less too. Or do yourself a favor, find any store that ends it -bertos with a 3.5 star rating - no more and no less - and go there. Bonus points if the review has conplaints about the staff being high or not speaking English. That's the good fast Mexican food.

Taco time is heretical and offensive. (In a lighthearted way).

But seriously it's not vert good. Save your money and taste buds and go somewhere else.

I went through the drive up ordered 2 crispy beef tacos and gave him a $20
I got back under $10.

I ask how much 2 tacos cost...
He forgot to give me all my change. Took them a minute to straighten it out.

Don't call it fast food! Employees are on a constant social break and can't follow the simple menu!

Fantastic customer service at this location. 7/14 closing shift was on point and very polite and helpful even though we showed up 10 min before dining room closed. No rush, no attitude, just all around solid dudes. Will be back again just because of them. Hope you guys see this!

I always like Taco Time, but wanted to call out Jennifer (long dark hair) who was working at the front register today. She was so nice and friendly with everyone. Kind of made my day!

I've been going there once a week and I started paying attention during my wait that for two weeks the trash can has been building up salsa or ketchup on the door . All the stainless is covered in finger prints , staff is not the most receptive go in the back and talk sht because you asked about extra free toppings , order online says different than order picked up .idk .it sucks to not feel welcome and in a gloomy dirty environment maybe it's me I used to be la fitness supervisor cleaner lead and won awards but la fitness isn't food either.
