Fabulous fresh sushi. This is 2nd visit and it was amazing...Bountiful food and we ordered the Deluxe combo and 2 california rolls for under $80. That may sound pricy..,.but any sushi connoisseur would know that price is average or below for the quality of sushi...excellent!

I’m really impressed today with ISushi. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and love their food. However, they have really stepped up their customer service. Very attentive staff. Today we tried something new for our family of 7: Family Style Plan B. Potstickers, egg rolls, fried rice, white rice, chicken teriyaki, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, chow mein.Tons of food and left overs for $59 ?Our boy even received a big complimentary dessert ? for winning his basketball game today.
I order pickup for lunch once or twice a week from here and the women that serves me is always rude! It's always a battle to get silverware to eat my lunch (even though I request it in the app) and God forbid I need more than 1 utensil for multiple orders. I've tried being nice, I really just don't understand the attitude. Food is alright.
I ordered togo and while ordering, I didn't see the option to ask for silverware nor the option to opt out of the side salad that comes with the chicken teriyaki. When I picked up the order, I asked if there was silverware in the bag and the lady got an attitude and said I didn't check yes to the silverware. I told her there was no option to ask for silverware. She walked away still talking trash, saying you have to check the box yes for silverware. I again said there was no option. She handed me the silverware with an attitude.I'm not sure why silverware wouldn't automatically be placed in the bag for a togo order, considering most togo orders are from people on the go. If the only way to get silverware with an online togo order( I assume if a togo order is ordered over the phone or in store, then the silverware is mentioned then) is by asking(which is I understand) then please make sure the option to ask for silverware is available online.The sushi was good and so was the chicken teriyaki.

Rude service lady. Lunch special was pathetic that only small portion of teriyaki chicken and a bowl of salad with in not fresh lettuces. I ordered Togo and ask for utensil and lady was like “you didn’t say you want utensil online” (which there is no option for you to select for utensils). This will be my one time purchased, and will not come back. There are more better teriyaki around JBLM.
We always have a great experience when we visit. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food always good! Affordable and will leave full!

Quick gas station and food stop. Food was great! The place felt comfortable, friendly and Japanese. I would definitely come back if I'm driving through DuPont and I was crazing raw fish.
