The only reason why your shake machine is down is because the lazy crew members would rather not clean it before shift change and leave it for morning crew to use. It's because of the shake machine down during the time I ordered food, which is why I just stop going here all together. Sure, you're open 24 hrs, but only 12 of those hours are limited on what is available. And how hard is it to take two separate orders for one car.

Overall, I really enjoy Jack In the Box. For its food. I mean where else can I get some tacos with my burgers. The manager for the Jack in the Box across from Joint Base Lewis McCord needs Jesus because for a week straight no fries, only taking cash. Which is why I drive an extra 2 minutes to the other Jack in the Box in DuPont. I drive all the way to DuPont's Jack in the Box because I really enjoy the food and their manager is keeping customers happy.

I would say that somebody Jack in the Box is doing the right thing and turning business around. They used to be so popular with me and then they gradually went into Decline and I just really started to lose interest in the quality of food and the employees weren't that great and they just turned into sort of another average place to get fast food and heartburn. But I think they're really treating it around now I've noticed people are a lot nicer that work there the food is fresher and my favorite thing is the jalapeno poppers you can't get him anywhere else as good as you can get jalapeno poppers and Jack in the box. And the one in Bonnie Lake they're so cool that they had a mistake order there and they gave me a treat and they didn't have to do that and I was doing deliveries for doordash at the time so that goes a million miles with me when they're so thoughtful and kind and generous to make a mistake into a good will gesture. So I only given four stars for now cuz they have room to grow but I imagine they're going to get five for me here soon.

Okay, so I pull up to the drive through and order.2.jumbo jacks. The .Speaker blips a $12 and change charge at me. When I get to the window I notice a $5 jack Pack sign in the window. I've already been waiting a few so I asked if they could turn the burger i bought into a $5 jack pack order. The girl says sure, closes the window and goes to the till. After another 5 minutes or so the same girl pops her head out and says she can't just give me a jack pack buy she was giving me a cheesecake for the wait. Didn't ask for.any freebies, just wanted the deal for less money but they wouldn't do that for me. I had to wait too long for too little and was treated rudely in the process.

Holy Toledo, Batman! Why are they even open? As we made our way through the drive through there was a handwritten note, "Please order at window during repairs". At the window she asked what would you like and my husband asked for his Jumbo Jack meal. Her response, "sorry the frier is out - no burgers." What? Well we went with it, ok we will get your taco combo meal. Her response, "Nope out of tacos." Then we were out of there.

Disappointing. I used to eat here frequently when I was at JBLM, and the food was excellent. Both myself and the car ahead of me had to wait in the parking lot for our orders, with one in the dining area. The bacon was rubbery and the burgers tasted terrible. They looked like they'd been put together by a blind Parkinson's kid. The only good thing was the girl taking my order was courteous, despite the fact that she didn't ask if I wanted curly fries.
Nobody goes there. In a town with few options, that might tell you something. They never improve, slow and rude.
