The barista with short dark hair with tattoos on their arms working the window shouldn’t be in customer service. Coming up to the window Friday morning you can tell the barista was already upset and talking about the previous customer. I asked for water without ice with my order and got ice. Asked if I may have water without ice and more milk in my drink because it wasn’t filled to the top. Her response was you only get a splash. Never got the water without ice either. Then before I drove away she said “oh my god people are on something today”. Never had issues before, just with this barista.

I love this location and the people that work here they're always very friendly but there's a couple girls here that Everytime we get coffee it just tastes like hot water with nothing else in it and today my sister ended up with a grande size cup with just a shot of coffee

My wife and I stopped here in the afternoon, Friday November 15th. We were on our way home from a Washington Coast road trip.
My coffee order has been fairly straightforward for years, just a grande Americano with room for cream. My wife, not so much. A iced venti 4 shots (sometimes 6), no water, vanilla flavoring (she always mentions the number of pumps that would are put in venti latte), lots of ice and extra breve.
How it will arrive is a mystery. Our close to home locations, where they know us they get it right, others in our travels not so much.
This location was spot on. My coffee perfect, her's was absolutely perfect. Our pastries were also great.
Much praise to this location for knowing how to make coffee. Thank you so much.

This is my second time trying this startbucks after a negative first time experience, the first time I figured maybe it was just a fluke but now I’m now convinced that they are being managed poorly, there is a trainer there who has an attitude and is showing the new employees how to have crap customer service. These drinks aren’t cheap, people pay over 7 bucks for a coffee the least you can do is advise the customer when their drinks will not be made as ordered and maybe show a little empathy.

This is my second experience with the same window person first experience, he moved the machine and made me tip when I went to press no tip he didnt offer a refund and only said sorry, he has no customer service experience and his tone of voice is rude. Second experience today, at the drive thru I was he was rude asked my to repeat myself and then got my order wrong. Tone of voice was still rude and didn't show any emotion towards customer. This used to be my go to starbuck on my way to work. Now I will not return due to this worker not being professional.
What wonderful staff!! My husband and I were road tripping to Oregon and I was craving a london fog so badly. Stopped at a Starbucks and was made the wrong drink but realized too late. This was the next closest Starbucks to us and I went in to explain. Alena was so lovely and so happy to make me the right drink and made it extra special. Such a kind human! So glad we popped into this one. :)

Good service, most of the teas are sugar free or low sugar if you ask.
Drinks were made incorrectly twice. Did not fulfill substitute requests. Service was cold and attention seemed elswhere. Drinks were not as advertised and made not to correct coffee ratios.
