The Philly cheese steak sandwich was pretty bad. It's hard to discern the meat from the mayonnaise. I'm guessing there was 2 oz. of meat. I didn't see any cheese either. This was an online order. If I had watched them make it, I would have said something.

The workers here are mostly great! But WHAT is playing on the speakers? Everytime we go it's some story/plot/audiobook/something with sometimes rather disturbing narratives and pretty dramatic music. I feel like I'm feuling up to save middle-earth from Sauron's dominion everytime I eat a sandwich here.

So I go there around 8pm and place was closed a hr early on a saturday they shouldnt put 9m if theyre going to close at 8pm

my family’s experience at this location was extremely positive. the employee (woman with glasses working on june 9 around 1pm) had amazing customer service and was very patient. she had a lot of attention to detail and clarified for all customizations, even after we finished paying to make sure we got the sandwich we wanted. highly recommend!
Food was amazing. The employee was kind of rude and just threw our sandwich in the bag and left after we paid. Whoever was the employee on Saturday on the evening shift 04/28/2024, she could really use an attitude adjustment ?.

I asked for extra mayo but they made the mayo too messy to eat comfortably. They also had poor attitudes. They also seemed to have an attitude because we wanted to split the tender and the pickles tasted funny.

Went to get a salad today and the guy preparing my salad just threw the meat on the top of my salad without cutting it up and was preparing to put the lid on. I asked him if he could cut it up to it for me and he said “I don’t do it like that.” The presentation was awful and he seemed to be a nice guy but I just never pictured someone thinking it’s ok to make such a sloppy looking salad. Picture someone throwing multiple pieces of lunch meat on top of your salad. I never really have issues with this location but I would rather him not prepare my food next time .
