I asked for extra mayo but they made the mayo too messy to eat comfortably. They also had poor attitudes. They also seemed to have an attitude because we wanted to split the tender and the pickles tasted funny.

Went to get a salad today and the guy preparing my salad just threw the meat on the top of my salad without cutting it up and was preparing to put the lid on. I asked him if he could cut it up to it for me and he said “I don’t do it like that.” The presentation was awful and he seemed to be a nice guy but I just never pictured someone thinking it’s ok to make such a sloppy looking salad. Picture someone throwing multiple pieces of lunch meat on top of your salad. I never really have issues with this location but I would rather him not prepare my food next time .

Good sandwich, but this location is still spacing people three feet away from the counter making it hard to see what is in the cases, and the same spacing still exists at the register. The pandemic is over folks.

We showed up Sunday afternoon on our way to the coast. It's a convenient stop an hour away from home. We always have good service and get a good sandwich for a reasonable price. It's a Subway and does not disappoint.

Ordered pickup, got an email stating it’s ready yet had to wait 10 mins during a break at work because nothing was prepared. They have the new melt sandwiches listed as an option on their app yet when I picked up my sandwich I was informed they don’t even have the proper equipment to make these melts and they just charge more and add “extra” cheese.EDIT: 1 star to 3 stars. I received a refund and apology for my order which is more than most fast food places give. Although I’m disappointed they offer a product they can’t make, I appreciate their good service when correcting this mistake.

We just moved to Dupont and last night was our first time ordering from here. We placed an order online, and I have to say that I am impressed. The order was ready on time, and all of the sandwiches were perfectly prepared. We were also impressed that they were fully packed sandwiches, something that rarely happens. Everything was great!

Dear Subway Management,My store experience: Discrimination, denial of service, intentional misleading information, callous and dismissive treatmentOn 24 FEB 22 at about 6pm, my two children and I were searching for dinner after a nice bike ride (5yo boy, 7yo daughter). We entered the Dupont, center drive store without wearing masks, and instead being greeted with a polite "hello" by the employees were were greeted with bark, "do you have masks? This store requires you to wear one".I responded with we do not currently have one, and the employee continued demanding to wear one. There were no other customers in the store at the time. I asked if she knew the current law governing face coverings were required. She refused to answer.I then asked if I will be denied service from the store if I did not wear one. The employee said yes. I told her, that just yesterday I was in the store with no mask and I was not refused service. She retaliated with stating she cant speak on that.I asked for the name of her supervisor, and she said she was not allowed to give out names. When asked for her name so I could reference the person denying me service I received the same response. Asked for store number, still, stubborn and unhelpful. I then left the establishment with my children still hungry.Peirce county in Washington only has a requirement to wear masks in certain areas, hospitals, schools, correction facilities etc. Employers and employees have their own internal procedures. However, for equal opportunity, fairness, and a discrimination free establishment, this pushes the limit. In all my years I have not experienced anything like this, especially in an "inclusive", "fairness and justice" State.The only way the person said to describe her was, "the employee with the bangs, they'll know who your talking about. This employees is single handedly destroying repeat customers, reputation of the business, and values of the organization.I will not be returning to the store out of principle.Kind regards,Noel

This place is the cleanest, neatest Subway restaurant I've ever seen. This person's countertop of ingredients looks like a professional commercial. He is so fast, organized and professional. My husband loved it, he said it is the best ever, I would agree. This Subway is the best, highly recommended it.

This subway is the worst subway i have ever been to. I am not one to leave reviews but this subway has consistently been rude and racist to me. The owner who 's name I have found out is Sonia is terribly rude. She is always in a rush and never makes my subs right. Do not come here.
