“I did a carry out order for two pizzas. One pizza was correct. The other pizza I ordered extra sauce and it did not have any sauce. However Jake in East Wenatchee Pizza Hut definitely took care of my problem and they are preparing my pizza as I'm writing this. Thanks so much Jake I appreciate you beyond belief! This is one of the reasons I order at Pizza Hut instead of other places. Especially because the price is right for a fantastic pizza!“

“After determining about two years ago to never return to this location, I took a chance. Wow. Very much improved, like day and night. Previously the dining room was dirty and food sub par by any measure, and the staff was inattentive and rude. Today, however, the food was good and the staff incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Excellent experience. Beyond excellent. Whomever was running the shift during my visit should be given a raise and commendation!“

“When my delivered pizza seemed dry, I opted to go to the store rather than call. After arriving at the store and reviewing my order, I realized I hadn't actually ordered extra cheese as I thought. However, the manager was incredibly understanding and professional, offering to remake my pizza with extra sauce and cheese anyway!! 🍕🤗🍕I really appreciate how they handled the situation and made sure I left with a perfect pizza. “I love Dominos in Wenatchee, their amazing..I still haven’t met Connor the cook in person, but I’ve had my husband run him in a tip..He always cooks our pizza to perfection, we have had him several times..I have never had a complaint with him..Amazing staff, and they give back to the community..So if I could give them more stars I would🤩….“
