They try so I give 5 stars. I ordered just wings on a Monday night at 630 and waited until 750pm to get my order. Pizza hut was closed so Dominos was extremely busy. For my trouble they gave me 3 free pizzas whenever I want them.
The last order we did with Domino's took a bit longer than expected to arrive but everything was still delicious so we didn't complain, a few days later though we received a super kind note from the store manager, Alex Sweet, apologizing for the late delivery & he even gave us a coupon for a free pizza! I am beyond impressed with their customer care & because he went that extra step to make things right we feel even more encouraged to order again in the future as well as recommend...read full review

The pizza I purchased was less than satisfactory... I called and spoke with them the next day. They immediately apologized all over themselves and assured me that I would have a free pizza the next time I come in. Excellent customer service.
