The pizza I purchased was less than satisfactory... I called and spoke with them the next day. They immediately apologized all over themselves and assured me that I would have a free pizza the next time I come in. Excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service everybody should avoid going to this location, placed a mobile order that took half an hour to get the wrong pizza. They didn't even look at the order ticket. Just added random ingredients to a pizza for no one. After almost another 30 minutes while I stood and waited, I watcheda guy stick his greasy finger up his shitty ass and put it in my food. Fucking terrible, should have sued.

Super Hungry and Upset for ordering Domino's online for store pickup and receiving my chicken ceasar salad that has see through lettuce and brown lettuce. The chicken wings and pepperoni stuffed bread I ordered was not in the boxes just brownies and lava cakes. Drove 45 minutes home to have no real food and I left a tip. Grrr so mad. Lava cakes were so hard like rocks.

Ordered carry out on a Monday night for a birthday party, when I got home I realized they failed to give me my complete order. When I called the best they could do is save the rest of the order for me to come pick up. Would not refund the part of the order they missed so I had to drive back to pick up. Unfortunately ,the pizza is average.

The pizza (like usual) was good as were the brownies, but, when I called to place the order I got a woman who sounded like she wasn’t in Domino’s or Washington? It took forever to order ( I had to give my address twice, zip code 4 times and my name several times) the last time I ordered it was not like that at all. I mean I’ve worked in the food industry most of my life and I have never seen this! I order because I like your pizza best and it’s a local business ( I know, you are located in other places) so I liked the ordering from the workers, it felt more personal.Anyway all that to say I will be switching my pizza place. I don’t appreciate being outsourced.

Last time I odored A meatza pizza it was perfect. I always enjoy this local pizza spot for delivery. And the people that deliver are always kind and fast.

Added to the order a 2-liter sprite. They didn't add it even though I paid the delivery the price for it, which was taken as tips. Very disappointed. Called the store. And they were like we can give sprite for free next time you order. And I am living in the hotel just for two nights. Cannot have pizza once again in just two days.
