The service was slow. I could barely understand the guy behind the counter. And the main reason I went in was the soda machine that had the 1000 flavors or whatever it is and it doesn't even have that anymore. They didn't have any of the extra flavors just what you can buy at a grocery store.
I always eat at Jack's when I'm in Wenatchee. Love those tacos.
I had a coupon for two Jumbo Jack's. Asked for cheese. They would not add it, even when I offered to pay extra.

Jack in the Box is a convenient option, but its menu has been shrinking. However, some locations, such as Wenatchee, stand out with food that looks like the menu display and tastes really good. Issues with orders being messed up and overcharging still occur, and the drive-thru can be unreliable, especially with coupons. To avoid lukewarm food, it's best to wait and order when arriving, rather than using the drive-thru or picking up an online order. Overall, Jack in the Box is a last resort, but with friendly service and decent food.
