I used to love this place and keep going back thinking I’ve just been going at the wrong time but I’ve come to the conclusion it’s not the same I used to love. The case has been half empty and looking like it needs a cleaning with staff not doing much. My donut tasted stale and the price for 2 donuts was $7. I understand the cost of things has gone up but just seems high to me.
So I called in this morning and they messed up the size of burrito I ordered (it Happens) I’m just a big boy and don’t eat most of the day so I asked the young gentleman hey I ordered a bigger one and he said don’t even worry I’ll make another . Also once he completed it , wasn’t even going to charge me !! I said no my man let me pay the fact you you guys customer service is just hassle free I tried to tip as much as the kiosk...
The food is great, but employees need to be aware that they can be heard and seen the entire time I'm there. Also I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich I corrected the Man twice in the ordering prosses I still received the wrong food, Due to you guys being busy I just accepted it and left.
