Not sure how this is a 4.2 star. This was a legitimate 5 star experience for my wife and I. The view is incredible and the food we had was AMAZING. Got the potato skins, shepherds pie, and Rueben and all 3 were amazing. We were only here for 3 nights and ended up going back a 2nd time. Service was friendly and great as well!
Neat little Irish pub in the middle of the Salish Sea. We got the poutine, which was delicious. I had the Reuben and my wife had fish and chips. They gave us a ton of food. The fries were thin cut and crispy and well seasoned. The Reuben was savory with delicious sauerkraut. And the prices weren't bad for the area. About 20$ a meal. The view of the bay was gorgeous and the staff was friendly and attentive.
We went on the reviews of others that the fish and chips was so good. Maybe for Eastsound? Fish was overly battered and greasy. Fries were cold. Drinks were good and the highlight of this place is the view. I wouldn't recommend the food or the marginal service but for a drink and watch the cove, delightful.
