Today, August 5, I came to the restaurant in high hopes of finding a culinary experience like no other. I was not just taken aback, but shocked. I had found what I was looking for. I ordered the General Tao’s Chicken and enjoyed the pleasantries provided by the Chop Stix staff. I was greeted at the door by a kindly woman who promptly seated me and my friend. We listened to Chinese copyright free music on the new and improved sound system as we conversed and enjoyed the atmosphere....
Such friendly welcoming service. It was obvious that care was put into the cooking. Great presentation, color, textures and amazing flavors for American Chinese food. Very impressed!
