Found this hidden gem, Gypsy Wagon Espresso, on the way to Mount Rainier – such a cool little stop! Had their spiced chai latte and it was so good – warm, flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. Super cozy vibe and friendly service, perfect for a quick break before heading into the mountains. Definitely worth pulling over for!

We just tried it for the first time, and I don’t believe it was just first timer’s luck that the coffee was better than most of the little coffee stands within the surrounding areas. The coffee wasn’t too sweet and had a great after taste. Even the latte had the right balance of flavor and wasn’t overly creamy, despite the amount of milk required to concoct this recipe. We will be back to see if round 2 delivers, and I’m pretty confident that it will. Thanks for being a highlight to our day!
