Found this hidden gem, Gypsy Wagon Espresso, on the way to Mount Rainier – such a cool little stop! Had their spiced chai latte and it was so good – warm, flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. Super cozy vibe and friendly service, perfect for a quick break before heading into the mountains. Definitely worth pulling over for!

We just tried it for the first time, and I don’t believe it was just first timer’s luck that the coffee was better than most of the little coffee stands within the surrounding areas. The coffee wasn’t too sweet and had a great after taste. Even the latte had the right balance of flavor and wasn’t overly creamy, despite the amount of milk required to concoct this recipe.
