I called in an order and was connected with the call center. That experience was not favorable but the way the manager at Edgewood, to whom I was transferred, handled things wonderfully. As a slightly frustrated customer I felt heard and taken care of. Thank you!!
Moved here a couple months ago and have ordered from this pizza hut a couple times so far. I have ordered from other pizza huts and the pizza was so salty, but pizza from this location isn't bad. Though I walked in to pick up and about four employees, that were just chit chatting with each other, looked at me and didn't say anything. Yet another 5 star experience. The folks in there are so nice. The place is very clean. And the food is great. Now it's not gourmet pizza. But I don't like gourmet pizza so this shit is good. AND the wings... the best I've ever had. Everywhere else they are too fatty or dry. And the honey bbq sauce is so good. I usually save 5 star for something special and extra yummy, but I like pizza and wings and these are among my faves.
