I had the smoked pork chop quesadilla. It was great. Homemade tortillas, fresh melty cheese with a crispy crust, and the salas were excellent. They served it with a cucumber and onion salad and it was a good palette cleanser and refreshing.
Tacos Mirrey provided food from their food truck at my retirement party. I had just over 100 people and received multiple compliments from my friends and family. The food was delicious and served quickly. He arrived on time and stayed until the agreed time. His price was competitive and didn’t go over what he quoted. We hired Tacos Mirrey for a reception at Chambers. Everyone loved the tacos and they fed all very timely. We have also visited this truck when it was at Narrows Brewing. The tacos are amazing and plenty of options. Make sure you get them with cheese! They grill the tortillas over cheese and then fill them.
