Great flavors, tender white meat, would have been a 10/10 with a man sized portion.
This is my husband’s very favorite teriyaki restaurant. We lived pretty close for many years and it was a sad day when we bought a home further away. We live about 30 minutes away now, were in the area, so we had to stop by.
They still have the best gyoza I’ve ever had in my life! Perfectly crispy and the filling is sooooo tasty!! They use a brown paper bag as a container for takeout to put them in, and they’ve solved the problem of keeping them crisp and fresh! I got the beef teriyaki and ate the entire thing. That was a first for me. The beef is thin shredded pieces, with that great touch of char here and there. And I could go on for days about their perfect rice. I can’t stop thinking about it.
I really recommend you support this hard working local business. The owner has been working the counter there tirelessly for many years and she is just so sweet! It was nice to return and see her familiar face.
Fortunately I have appointments weekly for several months nearby so we will be able to become regulars again!
Best teriyaki in Edmonds! A solid step above most of the teriyaki riff-raff that you find in every strip mall north of Seattle.
