Taiwanese style bakery. We use gift card received to purchase a birthday cake. Nice Asian cake not too sweet, liked it.

Clean location. Staff working tonight were friendly & helpful. Food is nostalgic to me because it reminds me of going to 85 degree bakery as a little girl growing up in the Bay Area. Sweet treats aren’t as sweet but they don’t miss in the flavor department. Pineapple cake is my favorite.

Food and drinks are great like all 85C locations, but service was lethargic and seating was scarce when we went.

This place is much worse than the other 85 store in Lynnwood. There is hardly any foot traffic. I went in and selected a bread I typically buy at the other store. At checkout, I noticed the bread expires that very day (which never happened at the other 85 store), I asked to cancel the purchase. Instead of canceling it, the cashier said the bread is good three days after expiration and refused. Of course I couldn’t do anything because she already took my money and got my change. This place is on a downward spiral. They get no business, so they nickel and dime, which drives away business further.

Just stopped by to pick up a whole cake. The person who helped me was friendly, but there were some issues

I ordered the cake and the employee went to pack the cake and another person just stepped in to the register that I just paid and was waiting for my cake. This new employee didn’t ask me if I needed help nor asked me to step over and wait somewhere else but just looked at the person waiting in line and said “I can help the next person”.

Now the person behind me looked at me and all the sudden now I am the person that’s somehow in a wrong place.

If I was in the wrong place, just ask me to step to the side or something. It’s was like I didn’t even exist.

85 degrees is consistent tasting across all locations, so this review isn’t about the food because I wouldn’t go here if I didn’t like it. I wanted to order a tea with tapioca and jelly. I said “lemon black tea” confidently because I didn’t know 85 degrees doesn’t have lemons. I think it’s a staple thing for boba. The guy at the front gave me attitude over it! lol I was so surprised. he like demanded “Where do you see that on the menu?” with heavy sarcasm and threw his hand up to the menu. I am a waitress and I deal with customers on the daily. I wish he could’ve just say “So sorry, we don’t carry those. Would you like ___ instead?” Anyways, customer service could be better in my opinion. Maybe he was having a bad day. I got something else of course.

The quality of the ingredients is very low. I wish they used better quality products. The chocolates used in the cake are of very low quality and leave a very unpleasant aftertaste once digested. Especially the creamy parts consist of poor-quality ingredients. Considering the price of the cake, you'd expect something of higher quality than what they offer.

This place this quality and the size of the bread went down so much … once T&T open in Lynwood… these will be out of business soon….

Tables are not the cleanest, could use some wipe, I come often but the tables are always dirty. Also the music is so loud that it feels Iike I should just come party and dance here or they just want to annoy you so you are out of their shop
