This is my favorite among the 85 degree stores. The associates there know me, they know by now the drinks I usually order, the service feels very personalized. Best matcha latte in town, way better than Starbucks! I like the spaciousness of the store, the soft chairs. I wish more customers would support this store. They have felt the impact from T&T supermarket opening.
Clean location. Staff working tonight were friendly & helpful. Food is nostalgic to me because it reminds me of going to 85 degree bakery as a little girl growing up in the Bay Area. Sweet treats aren’t as sweet but they don’t miss in the flavor department. Pineapple cake is my favorite.
Just stopped by to pick up a whole cake. The person who helped me was friendly, but there were some issues
I ordered the cake and the employee went to pack the cake and another person just stepped in to the register that I just paid and was waiting for my cake. This new employee didn’t ask me if I needed help nor asked me to step over and wait somewhere else but just looked at the person waiting in line and said “I can help the next person”.
