They made for me the Biggest Meat Mountain Sandwich I have ever Had. I have ordered it at Every Arby's I have been to. From Oregon to Washington, It was Monstrous, and Delicious. I'll take a Picture when I get one Tomorrow, at this Restaurant, while I'm out of town. In the line for the Ferry coming home.

You guys have turned into nothing but con-artists. Your coupons for online only are never available, always says this location does not accept online orders, no matter the location....when im literally doing an online order via the website (ended up just going through DD because my dashpass saved me almost $9 in delivery fees.) not sure how you go from 1.29 advertise delivery rate to 13.23 delivery fee before tip, and no there is no state, county or city fee for this area.
(using online prices) Then you to make an item a meal, you charge $2 dollars and some change, then charge again for the sides, and no its any cheaper. in fact its more expensive. take the mozz sticks, $7.00 as part of a meal, 9.00 on their own, but then theirs the meal fee. See my receipt versus my order. they don't even hide the fact that individually it's the same as a meal.
thanks, but no. i wont be back. And looks like a good class action lawsuit because why not. Your definitely not selling what your advertising, and if someone can get a couple million for spelling hot coffee on themselves.
Originally written as feedback, but apparently your website just sucks. And your employees cant tell the difference between a large and a medium drink and 0 sauces.
Also, if you compare the receipt to the order placed on doordash. you'll see the rip off.

I ordered 1 large fry and 1 large drink. They asked me to park while they cooked the fry. 15 minutes later I got out to ask if they were still making my fry to which they responded that they weren't even aware that I ordered a fry. They finally bring my fry out after 18 minutes and its cold. They refused to give me a receipt so that I wasn't able to get a refund.

Ordered online and got the new bbq brisket and pulled pork sandwiches; one of each in spicy and one of each in the sweet bbq. When we finally got home to eat it, none of the sandwiches had any sauces on it…no spicy bbq or sweet bbq sauce. They were plain meat sandwiches. We were so bummed out and disappointed. Didn’t get what we paid for and what was worse was that they initially gave our order to another customer. Employees seemed more concerned with scrubbing the floor and sweeping up water in front of the register instead of completing customer orders. What an absolute disappointment!

I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years. Its really gone down hill since it changed ownership. Not all bad things, its clean. The staff is nice, but generally new and not very knowledgeable. The food though. I ordered a turkey ranch and bacon. The bacon was burnt, it was dripping in ranch, it had like 5 pieces of lettuce, the bread wasnt toasted, and the meat seemed like it has been wadded up in one hand and crammed onto one side of the bread. I had to reassemble my sandwich and got ranch everywhere. The fries were alright though, but usually when I come in they are cold. This place used to be a regular treat. Could be bad luck, but I don't know. Not worth the 17$.
