Family, friends and food were magnificent at Arnies. We partook in the 3 course choice and I was smitten with the freshness and flavors. Our waitress was a great addition to happy times. Thank you Arnies.

I was really disappointed. Arnie"s used to be a first class seafood restaurant but not last night. We arrived 2 hours before our theater play started but right off the bat it took 20 minutes just to get glasses for the wine we'd brought. Ordering required calling the waitress back to add soups and salads to the mains. My prime rib was good, very good in fact which is the only reason for the second star. Everyone else had seafood. The salmon was farmed Atlantic Salmon, not that the menu mentioned this. Almost a sacrilege in the PNW, especially when Coho are fresh and local. Arnie's should be ashamed. The shrimp were dry, probably old. Other seafood was "ok" but not particularly good. One of the sides was not as ordered but by this time the service had been so slow it made no sense to ask for it to be changed. All in all, a disappointment and I doubt we'll ever be going back again. Too many other better options out there.

We were in town for a wedding the following night, so we made a reservation at Arnie's based on the nearby Best Western desk clerk's recommendation. Our server was very professional, but not very warm nor friendly. We started by sharing a Caesar Salad, which ended up being the best part of the entire meal. For an Entree, my wife ordered the Seafood Grill Platter, which she described as being just "OK". I ordered the Cashew Crusted Alaskan Cod. The cod was very well done but I could not find any evidence that cashews were in the dish with the breading. There were three filets ( I could only eat two of them) and it almost made me feel that they were trying to make up for quality, with quantity. Each dish was served with a steaming pile of bland mixed vegetables and rice.

Arnies is upstairs, in an older building, which felt rather dated. We enjoyed our window table overlooking the marina, and it was a lovely day to just enjoy the view. We were there for a mid-week lunch, and it was not busy at all. But honestly, it felt a bit like visiting a retirement home! We are retired, but still felt like the youngest in the place! We got to laughing when the second person with a walker went past. That said, everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the Fish Tacos, which were delicious. Although we had more than we needed. The menu gave the option of 1 or 2, and since these are often on the small side, we each got 2. But they were more substantial than we expected, so we actually had more than we could finish. Also, be aware that the restaurant charges an additional 4.5% (in addition to whatever gratuity you choose to leave) which they say the restaurant retains to share with the kitchen and other staff. They have this noted on the menu, and I get it, but honestly wish they would just pay the staff what they are worth and reflect this cost in the prices. Making them all still rely on this “extra” source of pay doesn't seem quite fair to me, but I guess it is just an alternative way to do business.

Last night a total of 21 of us attended there in celebration of our friends 80th birthday. As there was such a large group of us we had a slightly more limited menu to enable the chefs to deliver everyone’s food in a timely manner. All food was well prepared and every dish that arrived to our tables looked absolutely delicious. I myself started with the classic bay shrimp cocktail, followed by the Northwest seafood pasta which was super tasty as the flavour and quality of the seafood within the dish was immense 😋 and then the Keylime pie to finish off with !!! My wife on the other hand had the classic bay shrimp cocktail, followed by the Pit roasted salmon and Key lime pie. Wish I could have remembered to take more photos so that you could see why we had such a fantastic evening.

This restaurant is very average, or below. Compared to Salt&Iron, Charcoal, Fire&the Feast and other excellent restaurants in Edmonds, this one got stuck somewhere in the 1960's or 1970's. Limp vegetables, no-taste scallops, less-than-the-best preparation of clams, and sourdough bread that was flavored with vinegar (?) made for a less than enjoyable experience. The fingerling potatoes were passable, more so the yellow ones (which were quite good) than the red ones. Service was slow. It appears that they are understaffed The view is pretty. It's the only reason to come here. Ask for a window table if you decide to risk this establishment.

We last went to Arnie's about six years ago for a family celebration. We returned for a graduation dinner with 9 family members this weekend. Most of us ordered the signature Pit Roasted Salmon. The salmon and sauce were overly salty - I could not even finish mine. The miso Black Cod special was dry and it lacked the sauce it advertised. The Ahi Poke appetizer was overwhelmed by chopped lettuce, chips and sauce and very little ahi tuna scattered on top. Nevertheless, it was an overpriced and unsatisfying end to a day of celebration. We will not be back.

My friend and I had lunch by the window with water views of Puget sound. Lovely. But the best was the halibit with mashed potates, asparagus, basil and fresh sourdough bread and creamy butter. It tasted better than expected and we both left very satified.

Really beautiful restaurant with complimentary fruit, cinnamon buns, and mimosa!
Allison our waitress was quick but forgot a couple of our items. We asked kindly for another chair for a friend and she shot back "no" very quickly. However that changed after asking other staff. Grateful our extra person had a place to sit.
I ordered the grilled chicken salad, but the chicken was shredded rotisserie. I was looking forward to something with more flavor. The rest of the salad was good but something I could have made at home.

It's stuck in the same 90s style as the Anthony's that was here before it, and our service was slow. But the food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the view is lovely.

Had a terrible meal just now. Ordered Copper River Salmon which is NOT in season but was on their menu specials. Whatever the F the waiter brought out was not even close to anything resembling salmon. It was wrapped in some kind of cedar wood thing which dried the fish out. It was way overcooked. $250 for 3 meals. NOT going back here.

We celebrated an anniversary here and it was delightful! The view was terrific and the food was outstanding. Everything was prepared perfectly and our server was so sweet. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Definitely recommend for delicious food and wonderful service.

I recently dined at Arnies Restaurant in Edmonds, WA, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered the fish and chips and the seafood grill, and both dishes were disappointing. The fish and chips featured undercooked fish that had a slimy texture, while the seafood grill was equally unappetizing. The salmon had an overwhelmingly fishy taste, the vegetables were hot but raw, and the potatoes were also undercooked. The entire meal was so unpleasant that I nearly felt sick after just one bite of the fish. For a bill totaling $107, I expected much better quality. To make matters worse, our waitress didn't check in on us during the meal and simply handed us the bill, despite most of our food remaining on the plates. This experience was particularly disheartening, as we traveled all the way from Michigan to celebrate our 15th anniversary in Edmonds. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience, and it felt like a huge waste of money.
