Love the food and drink here. Asked for a little less ice but still filled to the top. Said they couldn't do it. But when my drink came out it had less ice and was filled. Very happy and I appreciate the worker for still doing it. At first I was irritated, but great customer service at the end 👏 I know the workers have no choice but to follow stupid and unnecessary company rules. So I really appreciated it! ❤️

Staff are very nice and friendly. We love Bambu. The drinks are so flavorful, think and creamy. We usually order a taro smoothie and the avocado coffee smoothie. But all the drinks we have had are delicious, especially the Che drinks. They have a great variety of drinks too.

Got traditional hot Vietnamese coffee twice and was very impressed by how good it was. They serve it at the perfect spun temperature, no need to worry you will scald yourself even through the lid, and the flavor! Sublime! Deeply robust coffee and chicory flavor, perfectly balanced by the sweetened condensed milk. It has that caramel-y rich dairy flavor but was not overly sweet. Really awesome cup of coffee.

One of my friends highly recommended this place for authentic chè drinks, so I decided to give it a try.
I had never heard of chè before, and it seems like it is not easy to find a spot that serves authentic versions in the Seattle area.
The store is located in the same complex as Ranch 99, which makes parking very convenient since there are plenty of free spaces available.
There were a few people ahead of us in line, and it took us some time to decide what to order. My friend suggested either #1 Bambu Special or #2 Bambu Combo, and specifically advised not to get a boba drink here.
I chose the #1 Bambu Special since it was listed as one of their top-selling drinks and had fewer calories than the #2 Bambu Combo. I selected the regular sweetness level to get a more authentic taste of chè.
The drink came out quickly, but after taking a sip, I was not quite sure what I was drinking. It had large chunks of ice, floating basil seeds, pandan jelly, longan, and coconut. Tbh, it was very disappointing. The drink was not cheap. It cost $8.50 before sales tax and tip, bringing the total close to $10.
Is it worth driving all the way to Edmonds and paying almost $10 for this drink at Bambu? Personally, I don't think so. There are only about five small tables, so it is not the kind of place where you would want to sit and hang out, either. I feel like I could find a better drink and better experience somewhere in Bellevue or Seattle for a similar price.

Yummy dessert drinks that are different from your average boba place. The pandan waffle is so good! And it's gluten free! I enjoyed trying the drinks here bc everything is very customizable, and there are lots of dairy free options. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent and friendly, and they have so many exciting toppings that I like more than boba.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and lactose intolerant friendly, and the pandan waffle is gluten free gf.

The fruit addict che is my favourite. Today, I decided to order their halo halo and I feel like I'll get my Filipino card confiscated because I like their version better than the original 😅 Theirs is a lot less sweet than regular halo-halo.
