Bar Americano

Bar Americano is such a fun place to grab a drink in Edmonds. The aesthetic is perfect and their music is always super fun. The staff have always been super helpful and amazing at making drinks. Definitely recommend!

What happened??? Drastic staff changes, no more fun events. We were finally bringing the cool to DEdmonds!!! Very disappointed with recent visit. I used to trust my bartenders here to make me the best dealers choice, now you’ll be lucky if you get an old fashioned that isn’t watered down or not chilled.
Bri is still our favorite, but sadly she leaves soon and I doubt we will come back when she’s gone. Maybe an off week??? We want to love you!!!

Great little café! The staff are super friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and everything we tried was really tasty. Loved the drinks too — definitely worth a visit!

Cozy, refined, lovely drinks and atmosphere. Intimate, but not small or cramped. Our bartender was creative and patient in curating something we loved. This place makes me want to move to Edmonds.

I've been here twice once on a busy night with a dj and another quiet weeknight. A quiet weeknight truly is the time to come. Not as cramped and you can really connect with the bartender. The night with the dj I was thankful they have a cute back area for seating a few couples because it was packed.
The food is decent but not the most phenomenal. The bruschetta was nice but I didn't quite have enough bread to finish it.

The bartenders are amazing and the hot toddy I had changed my life (I couldn't help but order 3 of them) so I'll definitely still be coming back just on a quiet night.

This place has the same vibe and look as Daphnes but, they have seats available. It's in a great location, the drinks are really nice and I've always had a lovely time there.

I'd driven by countless times, always mentioning I'd like to try it out. We finally did, and what a delight! Loved the almost vintage (like it's been around for decades) ambiance. You order at the bar, and the friendly bartenders create your cocktails right then. We tried the Some Like it Hot and the Naughty Toddy. The 'Hot' lived up to its name with the firewater bitters, adding a unique touch of heat to the smoothness of the drink. The Toddy served hot will indeed warm you up on a cold winter night. Thought the music was cranked a little loud when we came in, thinking it was a more intimate venue, but once we started enjoying our drinks, the tunes just blended into the background. We're looking forward to next time and trying more of the imaginative cocktails!

Great drinks, seems like a fun spot. Like every bar in Edmonds I wish the drinks were like 3-4 bucks cheaper so I could justify getting going/getting two drinks more often

Walked in and saw one of my favorite liqueurs on the shelf. Said I’d love a specific famous drink made with it. “Sorry, can’t do it.” Asked for anything along similar lines. “Well, we don’t have the ingredients, so that’s tough.” Asked what they *could* make with the liqueur on their shelf. “Lots of things!” I ended up ordering a whisky on the rocks after receiving no suggestions about what was possible.

This was the only drink I got. When closing out, the bartender tapped the 20% tip option for us. To be fair, he had walked by our table to ask how my drink tasted. It tasted like whisky on the rocks.

This place probably has excellent cocktails. Stick to the menu, and I bet you’d have a good time! As an aside, if anyone knows of great cocktails with Cynar, I’m all ears!

Cozy, friendly little place in the heart of Edmonds. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bar staff were all pleasant and the evening was enjoyable.

Great bartenders! This place is operated in tandem with Daphne's next to the Edmonds theatre. If the space there is too busy/tight for you, try this place for more room!!
