Always satisfying for prepared/premade hotpot. This is what we consider as fast food! :) Good value for us as one pot is plenty for an adult and pre-teen. Service consistent throughout the 6 years of being a patron at this location. Not bad, not amazing but provides service as expected!

My comfort food. Not necessarily the best hotpot spot but my go-to place for a simple hotpot. The garlic pork is must-to-have appetizer. There is sometimes a wait for the table during weekends. I always order house special hotpot, which is pretty good.

Good location! Clean and the wait times are pretty manageable. The food is a bit pricey but the taste is good. Definitely a good option to go to if you are cold during fall and winter

The small hotpot at Boiling Point, a former canteen, is one of my original impressions of Taiwanese food.

TL;DR – Group that came after me was served first, no one said a word to me for 15 minutes, so I left.

I came in solo for lunch, my first time here. It had been on my list of places to try for a while.

So I walked in, entered my number at the kiosk (there was no one ahead of me), and almost immediately received a text saying my table was almost ready. Meanwhile, group of 3 entered behind me, and ran through the same process. I was sat down at a table, and the 3 behind me at the entrance were seated at the table directly next to me. The server came over and took their orders within a minute or 2, and they had their food approximately 5-10 minutes after being seated. Again, they came in AFTER I did.

During all of this, no one said a word to me or came to take my order. I sat there for an entire 15 minutes, with BOTH of the tables on either side of me being serviced before I decided, "screw this" and left.

We won a raffle coupon for $50, and they called us to tell us about it.

On the call, they made us sign up for their membership & app, and said the coupon would be available on the app within a month (no specific date mentioned). We never knew when the coupon actually became available on the app (no notification or email).

When we tried to use it at the store, the coupon was gone. Their corporate said it expires after 45 days, but it was not mentioned on the call, email or any notification. They just expected us to dig out the info on their online FAQ ourselves.

This feels like they are trying to make people sign up as members and collect our data without actually providing any customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Came with a group of friends last weekend during the anniversary deal and it was busy. Food came fast though and tasted very good. We made sure when ordering to tell the waiter that our checks would be split. He confirmed that he would separate it. When it was time to pay the bill, we saw that our checks were not split. So we organized the bill to show which items were on whose check to help them out, then asked them to split it. A waitress came back with a calculator and pen to tell us to add up our checks ourselves and calculate tax in it too because they were too busy to do that. We were stunned. Like… what? We ended up deciding that we would use one card because we didn’t come here to calculate our bill. After some time, someone else came by to say they were less busy and will split it for us, but we were over it and used one card. If they couldn’t split the check, they could have told us that from the beginning and that would have been fine. But to hand us a calculator and tell us to add it up ourselves? 😬
