The staff were busy but very responsive. They were attentive to our child, provided a high chair, kids’ utensils, sealed water, and even gave a sticker on our way out. Overall, a great, family-friendly experience.

the place went downhill a lot. food is not as good as 3 years ago when I tried last time. Both my and wife's water needed refill and we put out the cups and did not get more water even when they came to our table. They did not notice.

Convenient location, consistently good food, and excellent service. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for Taiwanese hot pot.

QR code to join waitlist doesn’t work. Staff did not help, just ignored us.

Not recommended. Long waits despite open tables—we stood with a crowd for over 20 minutes while three tables were available. The staff appeared poorly trained. The Chinatown location is a much better option.

The service is lacking. Staff did not acknowledge or care when we walked in. It seems like they also raised their prices a lot and now expect to pay at least $20 for one pot.

Service is not good anymore.. they have enough staff but mostly standing around. I waited 20 minutes with my 5 year old. The other people that were asian and came after me got their orders 1st somehow. Once we got our soups then we kept waiting for the rice bowls and never got our teas which usually comes with dinner and also the lemonade drink with chia seeds at the end. Sad.

Overall food experience was fine, it was as expected. Service felt lacking. Staff felt unenthusiastic from beginning to end, no water re-fills, no check-in’s, needed to walk to the register to ask for the bill, no greeting at the beginning or thank you or bye at the end. We remembered this is why we went quite a while in between going to BP as we had a similar experience previously, and upon our return it was more of the same.

Unique small hot pot. Try the beef, seafood, and tofu all are good. One of our favorite casual lunch places.

Ordered rose milky pot for my daughter. Shrimps in her pot came out like these. Apparently they used very unfresh shrimps in their hot pot. Be aware not to order their seafood pot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Boiling Point in Lynnwood never disappoints when it comes to satisfying hotpot cravings! We decided to try their new Hot Green and Rose Milky flavors this time, they were interesting, but honestly not our top picks. Nothing beats the classics here! especially the Beef Hotpot and Lamb Hotpot, both packed with flavor, generous protein portions, and their signature house broth that’s always comforting and rich.

If you’re into Korean-style hotpot, definitely go for the Korean Bean Paste Hotpot~~ it pairs perfectly with the instant noodles for that warm, hearty kick. The Creamy Curry Hotpot is another favorite if you love bold flavors and a cozy, slightly sweet broth.

My ultimate go-to combo will always be the Beef Hotpot with vermicelli noodles and a Watermelon Green Tea during lunch hours !! the perfect match!

Pro tip: line up around 11 a.m. if you want to get seated right away because it gets busy fast.

The Lynnwood location feels cleaner, brighter, and less crowded than other Seattle spots. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and make sure your meal runs smoothly.

Can’t wait to come back for another comforting hotpot session!

Food is great and price is reasonable. We had two adults sharing a pot with two bowls of rice and that turned out to be plenty.

Went for the gift card deal but was told they ended early. Oh well, then ordered our regular mushroom veggie pot but the broth for some reason is way too salty/MSG-y, you would think the biggest strength of a chain restaurant like BP would be consistency but they failed this time. I poured more than half cup of the drinking water in my pot and it’s still too salty. No water refill the entire time even though our water cup were empty. We are a regular for many years but today might be my worst experience at BP ever

Yummy!! First time with this location. I always go to Bellevue location but I stop by this location since I was in the area. Always order No.1 with flaming spicy no fermented tofu and also with the onsen egg over the rice. Fast service, good food like always.
