Drive thru at its worst.. I am a huge burger fan and i eat 2-3 times in various chains throughout the week. i have been taking takeouts every Thursday from here on the impossible whopper, and sometimes the burgers would be cold, eould taste stale and not fresh and sometimes they won't be deep fried properly. The last time i ordered the fries were not at all crispy. Same thing i have seen with chicken burgers where the patty would be cold and look stale and not fresh. On top of that they charge for a single sauce- come on, go look at Chic Fil A where every week i eat and they give a ton of sauces for free. This place is a rip off, and on top the service is not very friendly or warm welcoming.
This location skimps/ does not give the complete order. I was supposed to get 2containers of sauces per order of my chicken nuggets but they gave only one.Most recently I placed an order for a small meal and they gave not a small drink but a drink that goes with kids meals. In addition they got the order wrong (I requested sprite, not diet) they simply dumped the drink and reused the cups do I ended up with diet/sprite mixed soda.Never going back there again!

Service staff seems to be friendly and gets the orders correct. The food at this location is well prepared and well wrapped. This is a welcome difference from a lot of fast food places. Delivery was fast and warm.
