Caffe Ladro has been part of my morning routine for many years. The employees are welcoming, the atmosphere is comfy and the coffee is great! So much more personal and unique than some of the other cookie-cutter coffee places. It's my go-to neighborhood cafe!

Their baristas are friendly and informative about their drinks.
I highly recommend their sausage chorizo burrito w/ salsa and their chai is delicious!

I used to come here quite often - the southwest burrito is so good and coffee is decent. Unfortunately my last few visits have had extremely long wait times (over 10 minutes in the drive thru with one car in front, no word or check in from the barista), forgotten items, and the prices have increased to make this somewhere I probably won't visit anymore. Prices are not listed on the drive thru menu, so when I ordered a seasonal drink that I wouldn't usually order I was expecting $7ish but it rang up over $10 after tax. Would be helpful if prices were posted on the menu.

If you’re looking for matcha, go here!! I got the sweetest barista who made me the most life changing vanilla matcha. Literally so perfectly creamy, not watered down at all like everywhere else I’ve gone. She had short hair, tattoos, and cute dangly earrings!!

The food and coffee are good. The service is very slow. Today I waited 25 minutes for an americano. I ended up leaving without it since the people at the front counter had been waiting for a while to order and waiting in line again was only going to make me more frustrated.

The new manager really stepped up and got an A+ team in there! I recommend this location to everyone I know, now that it’s on the right track. Whoever took over is doing fantastic, keep it up!
Love the Cactus Blossom and Lotus energy drink mixes they have! Definitely recommend this location.
I worked here for a handful of months and gave it my absolute all. By the time I handed in my resignation I left traumatized, esp by the new manager- Nik. I am so glad I left! Please do yourself a favor and do not support this company or work at this location. They do not care about you.
